We came up for NYE weekend to ski and spend some time in spring harbor. The location/unit was perfect for 2. Right in the middle of the downtown area and could walk less than 5min to anywhere. We enjoyed 2 restaurants while staying. David the property owner was also very kind to reach out right around check in to make sure everything was ok too. Would definitely recommend

This studio is located in downtown Harbor Springs. You are able to walk to shops bars and restaurants and the marina. The owner was great to work with. I would give this a 10 star rating if it was possible. I would definitely go back again.

This studio has all you need for a week's stay. The bed is a king bed and is so comfortable. The shower has a window that looks on to the bay which is so fun. The host included some amazing local coffee which is above and beyond for VRBOs. All in all, great place to stay. Highly recommend

Nice spot. The air conditioner is a little tricky, hard to turn on . We did need It. I am not sensitive to noise, but keep in mind it was normal city traffic noise in the morning.not like a city, but some noise. And the farmers market is right outside. Loved that! I would certainly stay there again

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location, so close to the marina. It's so fun staying overnight in Harbor. We had a little confusion checking in but that was our fault for not completely reading the directions. We hope to come again next year!

This was our second time renting this property and we will be back. The convenience of being able to walk to the shops and restaurants and not have to drive everywhere is worth the morning noises coming from the street below. The unit is clean and equipped with everything we needed. Dave, the owner, is always quick to respond to a message and always willing to accommodate any requests. We were able to stay an extra night at the last minute and also enjoy a late check out. Highly recommend for a couples getaway!

Seriously - the shower was great and bed was super comfortable! Great walkability to water, shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive. We're planning another trip in 2 weeks for more skiing!

Dave's communication was excellent. The studio was very clean and well organized. Bed was large and very comfortable. Location is fantastic, across the street from Johan's for morning pastry, just a short walk around the corner are restaurants and watering holes. 12 minute drive to Nubs Nob or Boyne Highlands (we skied both). Would recommend and definitely return for another get away

Our intent for the trip was to go through the Tunnel of Trees. When I found this property, the room size was perfect for us as we didn't plan on being there too much. The location of the room in Harbor Springs was perfect. The town is small but had so many options for restaurants and activities. We will definitely be back.

This is a perfect place for a couple. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely furnished. Loved the location. Close to food and shopping. Nice coffee shop across the street. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

David did a great job communicating with us about the property. The location is amazing, we ate wonderful meals at 3 restaurants that were within 150 yards. We could walk less than 50 yards for coffee, bagels and rolls in the morning and get ice cream next door. The parking wasn’t an issue for us at all. The studio apartment has quality furnishings and everything we needed.

Our stay couldn't have been better! The location right in the heart of Harbor Springs and all the area has to offer, the high-quality furnishings and well-appointed apartment, the ongoing and helpful communications from Dave, and ample parking name just a few of the things that contributed to a rewarding stay. We are super grateful to have chosen this spot for our vacation and hope to return whenever we visit our family in Petoskey!

The location of this property and assessability was phenomenal. I am a neat freak so the only thing that bothered me was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great about this location and my husband and I enjoyed it very much.

I’ll start out by saying that the one issue we had was because my wife suffers from bad migraines and therefore is very sensitive to perfumes/scents. This property had a couple of air fresheners in use when we arrived that resulted in what we both felt was a rather strong (though not unpleasant) smell. We spoke with the owner Dave, who did all he could to rectify the situation (and told us he’s going to consider reducing the air fresheners in the future). So, if you’re a person who is sensitive to smells for health or other reasons, we might recommend talking with Dave before booking just to make sure you’re not surprised on arrival. That being said, everything else about this property is excellent. It’s in a prime spot right downtown (if you want to watch the Fourth of July parade, just open a window!) and the apartment itself is great. It’s a one-room studio so it’s not huge, but it’s a good-sized room with a king-sized bed and a separate couch/coffee table seating area, as well as a full kitchen and a nice bathroom. The place was clean and well-appointed with towels, soap, shampoo, etc, and even had some unexpected touches like travel-size tubes of toothpaste. Also we had several interactions with Dave the owner who was very good to us—it’s clear that he takes his properties and the satisfaction of his guests seriously. To sum up, even though we’re uniquely sensitive to scents, this is still a great place from a great property owner in a great location—thumbs up!
