About this house rental
Situated in Hilton Head Island, this lovely house for $602 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Please note that Vrbo is our only listing, and we are not on Craigslist or other listings. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head - primarily Sea Pines - for over 40 years. We bike, swim, walk, run, frisbee, fish, hike, etc. and always leave feeling so healthy. We rarely get in our car once we arrive and love it. Our 2nd row 4 bedroom, 4 full bath home is located in the best area of Hilton Head - the South Beach area in Sea Pines. The beach path is conveniently located just steps from the backyard and will lead you to a vast, quiet, and beautiful beach. Some ocean views can be seen from the main living room and you can hear the waves at night from the screened-in porch off the master bedroom. The famous Salty Dog area of Sea Pines is a 5 minute bike ride away and Harbour Town is only a 20 minute bike ride away. French doors on the first floor of our home open into a den with new flooring, a flat screen smart-TV. The den has a new large sectional. There is also one bedroom on this level with 2 twin beds and a private bath with shower. Down the hall from this bedroom is another bathroom with a shower. 14 steps up take you to the main Living Area that is open and comfortable with high ceilings, new flooring, new large sectional, and painting. The main Living Room has a large, flat screen smart-TV and Blue-ray player. Doors from the main Living Room lead to the Sunroom and front porch. The Sunroom was recently painted and is perfect for lounging and has two rocking chairs and two, large wicker chairs. The fully equipped Kitchen features new flooring as well as a recently expanded kitchen island, new quartz counter-tops, and a large sink. The kitchen looks onto the Dining and Living Rooms and has views of the pool. The Dining Room has a large table and seating for ten (10). There are also three (3) bar stools at the kitchen island.. Doors from the Dining Room lead to the back deck with a table, umbrella, 4 chairs, and a Weber charcoal grill. The Master bedroom is located on the second/main floor and also has new flooring and painting. It has a King bed, smart-TV, and access to the Sunroom. The private master bath has a tub/shower combo and a granite counter-top. The third bedroom is located on the other side of the Living Room and has a queen bed. There is a slider out to the front balcony. The fourth bedroom is located down the hall and has a king bed as well as a smart-TV. This room also has a private slider to a balcony. There is another full bath on this level with a tub/shower combo and a granite counter-top. The relaxing pool area is several steps from the back deck. There are four new, comfortable lounge chairs, four additional pool chairs, and a table with an umbrella and four new chairs. Wireless internet is included. Keywords: Beach house

Great 90th birthday family gathering for my Dad. He loves walking on the beach and the seafood. Mostly perfect weather with a short walk to the water. The pool was also amazing, especially for the little ones.

Chris was very helpful with any questions and insightful information for the area and house. Our house was beautiful, very clean. We were so close to the beach, it took no time getting all of our beach stuff out there for the day.
We would definitely recommend Chris and this house to anyone looking for a stay in this area.

Our family has been vacationing in Hilton Head since the mid 2000s. This is our fifth home we’ve stayed in on the island and several times during the week I heard “this is my favorite house we’ve ever had here!”
The home is very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. We loved having two living areas for the kids and the adults. The open floor plan upstairs made for great family time while cooking, eating, playing games and watching movies.
The mattresses are comfortable and the bedding and pillows all seemed new.
The location may be the best part. A two minute walk to the beach, which allowed us to spend more time than ever before on the sand.
Chris was a fantastic host and exceptionally communicative and available. Cannot recommend this home enough! An all around great experience!

The house is extremely comfortable and the proximity to the beach is outstanding. We enjoyed mornings at the beach and afternoons relaxing by the pool. A lovely, family vacation was had by all.

We were absolutely thrilled with the property! Beautiful home nestled close to beach. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and we will definitely come back to this house! Chris did a great job making recommendations and was a great communicator. Beds were comfy and lots of linens were provided.

This is our second time staying at this property. It was just as perfect as the first time. Chris is very responsive. The pool is perfect and the 2 minute walk to the beach is ideal for a 4 and 5 year old. Everything you need is there! I’m sure we will be staying here again in the future.

We loved staying at this property with our family and my parents! Our favorite things were the pool, the deck, the screened in porch, and of course, the proximity to the beach. We have visited HHI many times but never stayed at a house that was so close to the beach. It made for a wonderful trip! There were little things that made it nice too: great pillows, good mattresses, comfy couch, and great pool deck loungers. We would come back without a second thought!

The location was amazing! A2-minute walk to the beach in the Sea Pines community. Close to restaurants, activities for teens and adults. The pool was a huge hit too. The interiors was bright and airy. It was a top favorite vacation for our family! Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had as well. We can’t wait to go back!

Location is great. Second row from beach. Minutes walk to the Salty Dog, Tennis, Paddle, Beach and other things. Communication from the host was the best it could possibly be. Will likely stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

This was my first time renting a stay using VRBO. The experience was easy and efficient.
We loved this property! Location, location, location...We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the fact that it is nestled far back into the Sea Pines community, and that it is a cycling community. I ventured out by bike at least 4 out of the 6 days I was there.
The furnishing inside the house were nice. The kitchen and accessories in it allowed for good home cooked meals. Great family seating areas. This property facilitated an enjoyable escape from the daily hustle and bustle. I look forward to going back.

The house was exactly as advertised and we had a great time! Location was perfect and the house was clean and had a nice layout. It would be a perfect house for a family with 2 older children as there are 2 separate family rooms/ upstairs and downstairs! Chris is very easy to communicate with and the whole process was flawless! Would definitely rent again!

A very happy experience!
We had a wonderful time at this house. It was very comfortable and filled with any possible amenity we might need. We were so glad to be relatively close to the beach. We rented chairs and umbrellas that were set up and taken down each day . We’re coming back next year! Woo hoo!

Perfect location!
Had a great week here! Walk to beach and rode bikes on all the trails available! Also had fun playing Pickleball at racquet club. Great round robin! Pool heater was not working and owner tried to get it fixed for us but part was not available before our week was up! Thanks Chris for letting us stay at your home. Maureen

Amazing Sea Pines location
We had a wonderful vacation week at this property. The location could not have been better, just a 3 min walk to the beach.
Our family of teens and kids enjoyed the layout as there was plenty of room for all. Although we didn’t cook (it is vacation..lol), the kitchen was well stocked.
Appliances were perfect - we did a few loads of laundry. The decor was light and beachy.
My parents have lived in Sea Pines for 25 years, so we were very picky in our search and this property met all our expectations. We would totally rent this home again!

Great stay great location
Two families had a great stay in this house. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. Our kids loved the short 3 minute walk to the almost private beach and then afternoon swims in the pool. Owners were accessible and great with communications. We'd love to stay again.

Spectacular Sea Pines Rental
The homes was beautiful and had everything we needed and was located a short distance from the beach. No need to deal with the crowds at the Sea Pine beach club. We would rent again n a heartbeat!

I really can’t say enough good things about this home and its hosts. The house is the perfect and rare blend of nicely decorated yet comfortable. The couches, beds, linens and towels were all very nice and comfortable. The house was clean and cool; the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved all the natural light, the spacious main room, and listening to the waves while having coffee on the screened in porch. We also loved the location with the easy walk to the beach and short bike ride to the Salty Dog for ice cream – perfect for little kids and families. We’ve stayed closer to Coligny in the past and this area of beach was so much quieter and had so much more space. The nicely sized pool was also wonderful when the kids tired of the beach. It’s always a leap of faith driving two days to get to a new vacation home, but the owner’s clear and detailed communication made me feel at ease and was super helpful. Even after checkout, Chris was kind and helpful when my daughter managed to leave an item behind in her bedroom. We had the best week here, and would absolutely love to return. It would be hard to stay anywhere else now!

Owner decided to replace the dryer, so again, we had to wait around at the house for someone -- this time, two days later. Finally, we had a working dryer (Thursday afternoon, and we were leaving Saturday morning). We were patient and cooperative at very step. Owner seemed genuinely sorry but when I requested a very modest compensation, he refused.
We have stayed more than 15 times in this Hilton Head neighborhood. For the price, it was a disappointing experience.

We had a blast at 9 Green Wing Teal. The house was spectacularly clean, the owner communicated with us consistently when we had questions before and during our stay. The location was great, we really feel like we got a great bang for our buck! The house stayed deliciously cool the entire time, which is a big thing for me at the beach! Also, all the rooms had extra linens and pillows if needed, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The pool stayed refreshing instead of feeling like a bath tub. We rented bikes and enjoyed biking to Salty Dog and Harbourtown. We had a really great week, and wished we would have booked it for TWO weeks!
