Nestled in Tortolita, this charming house for $79 per night is a great option for your next trip. Home located in Tucson's beautiful NW with private quarters/private entrance into rental space Both bedrooms are included in the daily price. The two rooms are separated by a full bathroom on the West side of the home. The larger bedroom has a kitchenette, fridge, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, induction burner, coffee pot, blender, croc pot, kettle and basic dishes. TV in larger bedroom with wifi, basic cable & HBO. TV in smaller room with a fire stick. A secured barn door separates these rental rooms from the remainder of the home where the owners live. Side yard with private BBQ, table/chairs & a fire pit for renters’ use. Plenty of safe street parking. Larger bedroom has a queen bed and smaller bedroom has a double/full bed. Laundry room I shared between owners and renters. Quiet, clean and safe cul-de-sac home in a residential neighborhood. Just a 7 minute drive to Catalina State Park, this single level private home is super clean and quiet. There is a grocery store just up the road which is only a 3 minute drive away. Several area restaurants are close by, plus golf courses, parks and bicycle paths. A 30 minute drive from this NW home to downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona & where there are an abundance of activities. Located a mile south of the Oro Valley Recreation Center where day passes can be purchased for $10 to use the gym and pool amenities. NOTE: Two cats and a small non barking pup live on the owner’s side of the house. They are NEVER allowed into the rental unit area but if you have cat allergies please take note.

I was traveling with my girlfriend for a short girls trip in the Tucson area and this place was perfect! Two bedroom, one bath, laundry access, and everything you need to feel at home. Clean, adorable, comfortable, and practical. The hosts were incredibly nice, quiet, and responsive. They truly thought of everything and we both really appreciated all the thought that went in to the space. I'm definitely saving this place in my phone for the next time. : )

Beautiful gardens! Lots of birds and blooms and sunrise views! Every detail thought of with high-end linens & towels offered. My daughters and I had a delightful stay and this place is my go-to place from now on when I visit my elderly parents.

Jeff says; "Comfortable place to stay. I enjoyed talking to the hosts, Jim and Liana, and getting to know them. Access to the amazing bike trail system was easy. I was able to bike 35 miles in two days and didn't have to transport my bike by car. Thank you for the wine, conversation and fresh laid chicken eggs". Margie says; "Linda and Jim, the living space was set up so well and you “covered” everything that we could want or need. I enjoyed the beautiful garden as I soaked up the southern sunshine. Thank you for providing comfort and outdoor beauty for our little getaway".

True to the description, this is a shared home. Hosts are very nice and hospitable. Separate areas worked well for our brief visit and the outdoor area and fire pit are wonderful.

My hiking friend and I loved the accomodation offered by Liana and Jim in their home in Oro Valley. Everything we needed and more was readily available, the accomodation was clean and attractive and has two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. Oro Valley is a perfect location to enjoy the surrounding mountains and the property affords easy access to the Tucson loop.

Hosts were very helpful and fun. Cozy, quiet retreat in a great location. Community center and shopping/restaurants within the neighborhood. Easy access to day trips to Tucson highlights, hiking, art galleries, farmer's markets. We enjoyed visiting the San Xavier Mission and AZ Sonoran Desert Museum. Live jazz music with good food and Prickly Pear Margaritas was a nice end to an adventurous day. Lovely decor, terrific towels and bedding linens, plentiful kitchen supplies and toiletries were provided. Countertop or work surface was limited but we still enjoyed some food prep. Unseasonably cool windy weather and some rain limited our use of the outdoor spaces on the property, but didn’t damper our enjoyment.

We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In town for the Superbowl and not knowing that we'd be an hour out from the festivities, we chose this spot. The property was clean and nicely decorated. There was a shared laundry room that was so well stocked. Clean towels, soft mattresses, nice bathroom. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and I had no complaints. The outdoors area was beautiful and had a great view of the mountains. out back there are fruit trees all around. Despite all that, the highlight was the hosts. So friendly and helpful. They even shared their Superbowl snacks with us and that was great too. Would definitely stay again. 10s across the board.

Liana and Jim have thought about so many details as they remodeled and designed their rooms for their VRBO, from patio to to kitchenette to linens. Convenient location for wonderful Tucson bikepaths!

My daughter and I rented this property to attend a swim meet in Oro Valley. Great proximity to the aquatics center and surrounding sites. Also close to lots of restaurants and other businesses. Private entrance into rental area. Rental is pristine and has everything you need, short of a stove, to have a wonderful stay. Liana was a great host and was very responsive. Will stay again when in Oro Valley.

Liana’s property was very nice, very clean, and very quiet. She had all the amenities we could have wanted and more! She was very responsive when we had any questions and had a lot of great information about things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend her place and will definitely be back for future stays!

Liana was the epitome of accommodating. She made us feel so welcome 😊. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment had everything we needed (me, husband, and 2 toddlers). Her backyard was a wonderland of flowers and art and entertained my boys for hours. Definitely excited to stay again.
