The owners live on the other side of the house with two cats on their side (no cat box in the house it is kept outside). The inside has an interior secured barn door dividing the rental rooms from the primary residence, thus it is not totally soundproof. Both bedrooms are included in the daily price. There is a full bathroom between the 2 rooms. The larger bedroom has a kitchenette, fridge, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, induction burner, coffee pot, blender, croc pot, kettle and basic dishes. The kitchenette in the larger room is not separate from the sleeping space . There is NOT a separate full kitchen area & there is NOT a living room area in this unit. TV in larger bedroom with wifi, basic cable & HBO. TV in smaller room with a fire stick. Side yard with private BBQ, table/chairs & a fire pit for renters’ use. Plenty of safe street parking. Larger bedroom has a queen bed and smaller bedroom has a double/full bed. Laundry room is shared between owners and renters.

Just a 7 minute drive to Catalina State Park, this single level private home is super clean and quiet. There is a grocery store just up the road which is only a 3 minute drive away. Several area restaurants are close by, plus golf courses, parks and bicycle paths.

A 30 minute drive from this NW home to downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona & where there are an abundance of activities. Located a mile south of the Oro Valley Recreation Center where day passes can be purchased for $10 to use the gym and pool amenities.

NOTE: Two cats and a small non barking pup live on the owner’s side of the house. They are NEVER allowed into the rental unit area but if you have cat allergies please take note.
