Orange Beach's beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation townhouse on the Gulf is ready for you! Nestled just a short walk from the breathtaking Gulf State Park, or go east and take a short walk to CoastAL, a gulf-front restaurant. This property offers the perfect escape for your coastal getaway.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table and savor the flavors of the coast, or step out onto the balcony and enjoy the serene ocean views.
When it's time to unwind, sink into the comfort of the living room and enjoy the smart TV with cable channels. Or, challenge your loved ones to a friendly game night with the selection of games and toys provided. And with the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, you can pack light and focus on making memories.
Just a 9-minute drive away, you'll find the stunning Gulf Shores Beach and the picturesque Perdido Key Beach, both offering endless opportunities for sun-soaked adventures. Whether you're seeking a relaxing retreat or an action-packed vacation, this beachfront home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
One thing I like to mention is that we have heat-resistant tinted glass on all south facing windows and doors. With the dark tint, from the outside, you are not able to see into the unit - even at night time. Therefore, your privacy is protected and you can enjoy the view without having to shut the drapes when it turns dark outside.
And lastly, we are huge supporters of local artist. The majority of the artwork in the condo was created by local artists. The paintings in the living area were completed by our friend Nick, an Orange Beach resident. They're my favorite.

The condo is great. It is in a wonderful location. If you have light sleepers in the group be aware there is a dehumidifier and portable AC upstairs that are quite loud. And the third bedroom with double beds is very warm even with fan and AC. We overall enjoyed the stay the deck and individual beach access is a huge plus. Kitchen is wonderful, but like most rentals could use some cookware updates. Laundry in unit is also great but being a front load washer could use some attention from cleaning crews.

Place was perfect right on the beach. I had one very minor issue and the Host was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
