About this house rental
Situated in Park City, this lovely house for $720 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Park City Mountain Resort - As Close As You Can Get For A Private Residence - Directly Across The Street From Park City Mountain Resort Parking Lot This 4500 Sqft private residence has everything that you need for a true Park City experience. As one of the largest residences in the neighborhood, there is enough room for a large family or a large group retreat. We have 5 bedrooms, each having a private bathroom. Upstairs has two master suites, one with a 6’ jetted tub and a balcony over the garage. Main level is a spacious open floor layout with a rear balcony that overlooks Old Town. The massive plush couch forces you to relax in front of the open face gas fireplace while watching the game. The great room T.V pops up from the back of the hutch. The lower level has three bedrooms and the theater, (YES, it has a HUGE THEATER ROOM). The full size hot tub is located on the rear patio. Other residences in the neighborhood have same bed/bath count but are only 3,000 sqft, the additional 1500 sqft allows larger rooms and opens up the house dramatically. Park City Mountain Resort's upper parking lot is directly across the street. Take advantage of walking home to eat lunch during your ski day. For those who are not hitting the slopes, you have access to all the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Old Town Park City has to offer within steps in any direction. If you are not having a good time here, they you will not be having a good time anywhere. There is parking in the full size - two car garage and roomy enough to fit 2 full size SUV’s in the driveway. Off the garage is a spacious mud room with coat hangers and boot dryers for your group. Each room has Comcast TV, smart TVs in house for your digital streaming fans, and Sonos sound integration on main level and theater. Wifi is strong to stream HD content on your tablets with no dead zones on the property. We have four mattresses -not inflatable- in storage under stairs which would accommodate children/teens who can be placed in parents room. We can accommodate pack-n-plays, baby gates, and other protective devices which will need to be utilized per the parents accountability. Guardian Angles is a great resource to rent any child protection/bedding items and we can arrange to have items in the residence before you arrive, and pick up after departure. The property manager has 8 years’ experience in vacation rentals and has lived in Park City for 15 years. They will meet you at residence upon check in to ensure you are settled quickly. We will be able to tailor your visit to maximize the fun factor while cluing you into all the local hot spot do’s and dont’s. $2,000 refundable damage deposit or renters insurance and $340 departure housekeeping will be added upon checkout. The owners are Park City Locals and recently finished a new primary residence. They are maintaining this residence for their posterity and utilizing rental revenue to offset ownership costs. They do not entertain discounts or low ball offers. With this perspective, they are not willing to negotiate price, or desperate to fill booking dates. Park City is notorious for attracting corporate functions and large group events. We will not be able to accommodate large groups outside the housing capacity, weddings, promotional events, or "spring break" style gatherings. Our minimum age for booking is 24, unless accompanied by family members. We are searching for families or mature groups who will respect the property and return back year after year. The house is pristine, beautiful, and properly furnished. We have every intention of maintaining that standard. Violation of this level of common sense, will result in forfeiture of damage deposit and/or eviction. Travel agents are allowed but the guests need to book the residence directly as the liability and damage deposit needs to be bound to those physically staying at the residence. We believe in full transparency and will disclose to all parties the booking amounts. FRAUD ALERT - VRBO is the ONLY website used to list this residence! If you see the property listed on any other site it is a SCAM - do not book it even if it is a discounted rate or other special offers. We do not discount this residence for any reason, even last minute bookings.

Family of 11 and plenty of room. House is amazing… lots of attention to detail and amenities included. Very upscale decor, yet comfortable and homey. Best location ever to walk across the street to the ski lifts and resort. Everything was close and convenient for skiing, shopping and eating out. We had the vacation of a lifetime and will remember our home in Park City!

We had a pre-Christmas gathering with the family. There were 14 of us (parents, kids and grandkids) with the youngest being 4 yrs old. The kids camped out in the media room when not on the slopes. The house is an 8 minute walk to the lifts so kids could come back for lunch and head back out after a rest. It was a 5 minute walk to pick up lift passes (highly recommend EPIC Passes) and equipment (several places to choose from). It was less than 10 minutes to the grocery, drug store and coffee house. It was about 12 minutes to Main street. We went ice skated, tubed, and went dog sledding. The only thing that would've made it better is if it would've snowed more while we were there. It was just an incredible stay for us. Thank you...thank you...thank you.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home located across the street from PC Village. Our group of 11 consisted of adults and children and the home fit us perfectly. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to the lifts and downtown. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Park City.

We had an excellent stay and hope to come back next year. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. It is literally across the street from Park City skiing and a 15 minute walk to Main Street restaurants and shopping. The house is well stocked and groceries are easily delivered. Perfect place for a group vacation. We had three families with high school and college age kids. We all had a fabulous time. Just need to fix that gas fireplace!

This is our second year staying at this great house. It accommodates our family very comfortably. Plenty of room for everyone. Location is amazing, close to slopes. Tim is a great property manager. We already booked the house to return next season.

Thanksgiving in Park City
This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving reunion. It was big enough to allow everyone to get away from the crowd yet cozy enough for us to spend many memorable moments together. What we really liked was that each bedroom had an adjacent bathroom allowing privacy for all. The theater was awesome for watching all the football games and enjoying family movie time. TIm was super responsive to all inquiries and even helped track down my missing Fitbit!

Senior trip success! Spring ski!
Had an amazing time with 4 senior girls and 4 sets of parent! Girls loved staying in the media room while each couple got their own bed and bath. Well stocked -we cooked in several nights. Walkable to downtown but wouldn’t say an “easy” walk. Can’t get any more convenient to the lifts and rental facilities. Lots of technology in the house with lots of remotes, but good directions. Enjoyed the hot tub! Everything worked well in the house. We were a large group but had plenty of room for lounging about and having our own space. Tim was AMAZING! So helpful before our trip and the few questions we had upon arrival were responded to very quickly! Enjoyed our trip! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

We were 12 people (3 families of 4) and had a great time. Location was next to parking lot at base of mountain. Hot tub, kitchen, bathrooms, and theater room were all a plus. And Tim, the manager, was extremely responsive. It was worth every penny!

Wonderful Place
This house is absolutely perfect. We had 7 adults & 4 older teens and had plenty of room. The pictures don’t do justice on how spacious and all of the features this house offers. The lifts and restaurants are a short walk across the street. The movie room and hot tub are great for the teens after skiing. Plenty of hot water, towels, and kitchen supplies. Tim the property manager recommended Danielle as a Chef and Concierge. She is amazing and very talented. She baked a cake and made chocolate covered strawberries which were devoured within minutes of our arrival. She also did our grocery shopping. It’s so nice to arrive to a fully stocked fridge and pantry. Not having to grocery shop while on vacation is a major plus. Make sure you get Danielle’s contact info from Tim. It’s nice to have a local that can do your baking, cooking and shopping before you arrive and while you are enjoying your time on vacation.

The location is awesome and so is Tim, the Property Manager!
We stayed at this property for 5 nights. We had 9 adults, a 4 year old, and two children under 2. You cannot beat the location of this house. The house is very nice and the size was just right for our group. The Property Manager, Tim, is as good as you could ever hope for. The arrival and departure process was very easy. We highly recommend staying here.
