To be fair, when I first read the reviews, I was a little concerned. However, my experience of this accommodation was absolutely first class.
I felt it had everything I needed. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view overlooking the beach. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, the shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a fridge, which was really useful for keeping drinks and anything else I needed cool.
It was, of course, very close to the beach, as well as being conveniently located near the restaurant. I ate at the restaurant during my stay and had a really good experience. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, and the food was served very quickly at lunchtime.
All in all, I thought this was a really great place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. I would also happily recommend it to others. For me, it was a first-class stay.

The location is ideal, and that is essentially what you are paying for, as the rooms are pretty overpriced. The rooms were clean.
The smaller apartment had a terrible moldy water / sewer smell and the windows had to be kept open. The on-site restaurant does not give preference to its hotel guests (there is literally nowhere else to eat). We were turned away at 9:30pm. Not even allowed to order out to our room. The rooms were not cleaned during our two night stay, not even just towel replacement. We got sand in the room and I could not find a broom or anyone to help sweep some of it up.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the conditioner worked not bad, spacious room and bathroom. Exit to a second first floor terrace with a beautiful view to Elafonisi beach and in the night to a beautiful view to the night sky full of stars.
The swimming pool was clean and refreshing with a view to Elafonisi beach. The staff was kind. It is one of the closest hotels to the beach.
It didn’t a pan and bigger cups for tea and any hand towel.
