Very awesome and friendly couple. This is a place at the heart of Monsanto. Not for the faint of heart because it does require some walking up hills, but the atmosphere, serenity and especially the hospitality of the guest make this a truly rural Portugal experience. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay
being right there in the houses made around and in the rocks at the base of the castle. The people were amazingly friendly and we even found a nice quiet spot to enjoy an late afternoon sangria.

Absolutely loved everything about this unique and wonderful accom. the hosts warm welcome and most delicious breakfast. Monsanto is a very special place and Sunset house is a great place to stay. Wish we had stayed 2 nights to enjoy all it has to offer.

Beautiful house in beautiful little village. Everything was nice and clean - comfortable bed, clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, nice dining area and small terrace with beautiful view to enjoy sunset or morning coffee. Breakfast was simple but tasty and more then enough to start you of for a day. Eloiza is amazing host - she picked us up from parking area and took us to the house. She was super friendly, helpful and does everything so you feel welcome.
