The spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the home, with spectacular ocean views providing a stunning backdrop throughout the day.
Relax on the comfortable lounges with a good book, enjoy the large flat-screen TV or simply sit back and watch the waves roll into Beares Beach. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare relaxed family meals during your stay.
Games Room
For some extra holiday entertainment, head downstairs to the converted garage games room, featuring both a pool table, TV, lounge and table tennis table – perfect for family competitions and keeping the kids entertained.

The place was absolutely perfect for our weekend away. The outlook is just incredible – we could’ve happily spent the whole day on the balcony, soaking in the view and watching whales go by. The short stroll through the bush takes you to a stunning, unspoilt beach – such a special spot.We were a group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) celebrating my mum’s 80th, and it couldn’t have been more ideal. The house has a relaxed, old-school beach vibe that made us feel instantly at home – nothing precious, just easy and comfortable.There was plenty of space for everyone, and the open kitchen made it easy to cook and entertain all together. We also loved sitting around the fire in the evenings.I’d highly recommend this place – it was everything we’d hoped for and more.

The house was good ,but for the amount of money it costs we felt it was not up to scratch ,no wifi, bathrooms had mould and dust and dirt left behind, carpets needed a good vacuum ,and no simple things like hand wash and salt and pepper, also it is rented to large groups of up to 12 and no clothes line or anywhere to hang clothes and towels, also it says 3 bathrooms but there is only 2 toilets not really enough for 12 people, we thought the house is not really being maintained like it should ,yard etc, for the amount of money it would be brining in.
