Located in Carbondale, this charming condo for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We welcome you to our quiet neighborhood and "Tiny House" living. **Tiny House is a small, simple, clean space for 2 people. It is semi-attached to the back of the owner's house and is completely separate. It is nicely appointed with all the amenities you might need to make your stay enjoyable as well as relaxing. In the summer time, the patio is the perfect place to have a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine. Across the street is access to the Crystal River from where many fishing guides depart. If you like to hike, Mushroom Rock is just minutes away. If golf is your game, in 3 minutes you're at beautiful River Valley Ranch Golf course where you can enjoy a round with incredible mountain views. Our apartment is also situated within walking distance to downtown Carbondale - about a 20 min. easy walk- where you can enjoy one of the many diverse restaurants and then catch a movie or a play. ** There are 2 private rentals on this property so please make sure to double check your listing to ensure you are at the right one. ** Please note that Tiny House is small so might not be suitable for individuals not used to small spaces. Carbondale is a beautiful, quaint town with interesting shops and art galleries and fantastic restaurants. It is situated between Aspen (25 miles) with its world class skiing and Glenwood Springs (12 miles) with its world famous Hot Springs Pool. My husband, Bill, and I are just a phone call away if you have questions or just need to be pointed in the right direction so you can explore the beautiful Roaring Fork Valley.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Everything was perfect - from the location and ease of check-in to how adorable it was. The neighborhood was friendly and very quiet... an excellent place to relax at the end of a busy day seeing the sights. It was a nice touch to have bottled water in the fridge waiting for us when we got there. Even nicer to have coffee pods in the morning! I would definitely recommend the property...in fact, next time we're in the area, we'll stay here!

Perfect little house, super modern and fresh, private parking right next to the lil house, is attached to Owners home but feels secluded and private, lovely treed neighborhood for an evening stroll, super well stocked kitchen, everything you could possibly need, nice big OPERABLE window right next to bed for fresh air, lofted bedroom is only 4 steps up, plenty of room it’s really not that tiny. I will definitely stay here if I’m in the area again

The photos are great but barely do it justice! Very up to date, “ HGTV - like quality. Clean, bright, aesthetically pleasing. Amazing how efficient it is! Incredibly well- stocked kitchen; Multiple types of coffee makers!) Creative use of space ( a cutting board folds out from the counter. ) Fans and good design kept it nice and cool.Vaulted ceilings made it feel spacious. Cable TV works great- many options!) Lovely private little patio with pretty trees, landscaping, lighting and Crystal River is across the street. Felt very private. Quiet! So comfortable. In a really nice , mature suburban neighborhood very near grocery, restaurants. 45 min drive to Aspen; half an hour to Glenwood Springs ( highly recommend Iron Mountain Hot Springs there!) Host Wendy was just great. We truly loved it!

A PERFECT overnight. 100% clean. Beautiful decor. Super comfortable bed. Luxurious. Equipped. Pampered. Felt very safe. Lovely friendly and quiet neighborhood. Had a really nice time in Carbondale and was totally comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. So much to see and do.

This was the absolute cutest tiny home I have ever seen. All the towels and linens were clean and so soft! Bed was comfortable. Location is great and even near a river. The host was so nice and attentive. I will absolutely come back! Such a great experience!

Great Hosts, comfortable bed. Dinner on the cool shaded private patio was a special pleasure. Convenient location for all my planned hiking, Well appointed with appliances. Excellent communication and ease of check-in/out. Would definitely return!

Bill and Wendy have hit on the mark with this absolutely incredible place. Perfect for one or two people. All the special touches makes this place a home away from home. All the kitchen amenities are available and easily accessible. Fireplace and reading areas are a nice touch. The outside patio makes it perfect to enjoy eating or drinking outside. I will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our time in Carbondale. The "tiny house" is charming with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It was cozy and warm after each day of skiing nearby at Aspen and Snowmass. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

This has an incredible layout for its size. Very comfortable for 2 guests. The neighborhood is beautiful, great place to have a walk. We stayed here to go to a concert in Aspen. It was super easy and affordable to take the bus to Aspen and and back and they run all night. We would love to stay here again.

The "Tiny House" was everything that we needed to enjoy the awesome Rio Grande Trail! We enjoyed biking everyday and coming back to relax at the Tiny House. Some days we prepared our dinner there, and other days we went out to eat. It is conveniently located to the trail and eating places. We will be back!

Tastefully decorated two-room but very small unit, clean and well equipped kitchen for short-term stays. Outside table and chairs became our dining area. Suggest that owner provide light-weight blanket for bed in summer, as the down cover was too warm and the sheet alone was too cool.

I was sad to leave this sweet home away from home. The host, Bill & Wendy, were friendly and hospitable. The rental was beautiful, comfortable and perfectly situated for my needs. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer. I plan on returning soon for a couples get a way.

I always wondered if a tiny house would work for us. Wendy and Bill's place proved to us the comforts and ease of living in small surroundings. The space is so well thought out: from the decor to the coffee options to the comfy bed to the lighting...great shower...and lovely outdoor seating area...with grill! The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Wendy and and Bill responded to our every inquiry....including how to walk to the river path only a block or so away. It is also about a 15 minute walk into the heart of town. We would very much like to return ...not just to Carbondale, but to this sweet home away from home.

Adventure in and around Carbondale

Adventure in and around Carbondale

Tiny house had everything we needed and then some. We had planned this adventure as a second visit to the Roaring Forks River valley. This time not on a bicycle tour. We planned on seeing and spending more time exploring places that we zoomed by the first time. We went fishing for trout on rivers, streams and lakes. We bicycled on the Rio Grande Trail upstream to Basalt and downstream to Glenwood Springs. We did day 1/2 day car trips to Independence Pass and Ruedi Reservoir. We shopped in town. Prepared all the breakfast and take away lunches in the very well equipped kitchenet. The host directed us to a very nice steak house a few blocks away for our only dining out meal. We grilled hamburgers once and a perfectly sized Brown Trout caught by the highway bridge to Glenwood Spring on the Roaring Fork River. We enjoyed the private patio many times for meals and just relaxing while reading a book. Definitely a must stay at again place.

Had a perfect 2 night stay with my adult daughter as we escaped the smoke in Denver to see the bells. Perfect 1BR setup with kitchen. The decor was fabulous. And to have a patio table right outside our door for take out dinner a true plus. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Carbondale every summer for 6 years and this was by far one of our favorite stays! Clean, comfortable, and great location! Hosts were easy to reach and kind. We will definitely stay again!
