The location was great and the breakfast was delicious
The bed was a little hard and the water was very weak

Everything was simple enough to my satisfaction.
There was a parked car outside that screams it’s alarm at 4:00 am that lasted for at least 20 minutes.
I know it’s the owner’s responsibility but it woke us up and ruined the night’s sleep. Maybe..a reminder from the staff to inform guests about this issue to prevent it from happening again.

Good location. Easy to get to. Easy freeway access. Breakfast on Both sides of the lobby was a winner! The ladies responsible for the breakfast were so nice.
Sara the front seat agent was wonderful. Responsive and helpful. Actually all the front staff were great.
The indoor pool was nice and warm and clean.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Parking on a busy night was a bit dicey. However I did not have any issues using my handicap pass.
This property was booked to be paid at check in. However they charged my card ahead of time, and this caused some issues for me. They reversed it at check in , but it was still a problem.
The AC in my first room did not work and I was moved to another room.

Breakfast had many choices. There was enough seating for patrons.
The lady that checked us in was unfriendly. Hair on the shower wall before it was used. Shower pan was dingy. I went to park at 10:30 and waited for someone to pull out so we could park. There were several cars circling.
