Never again

The workers were nice the room doesn't look like the pics. It smelled like someone just got done smoking in the room and was just not welcoming at all. It says a kitchenette but all I saw was a microwave on top of a small fridge.

The smell of the room the location didn't feel to safe. The fact that the room did not look anything like the pics. There was not kitchenette just a small microwave on top of a little fridge in the corner.

Perfect place to stay for Lackland AFB activities!

Perfect location for easy, stress-free drive to Lackland AFB. Staff were very very helpful with printed driving directions to the Air Base as well as specific information about the graduation activities, and recommendations & driving directions for supper! Exceptional customer service & very clean hotel!

Breakfast was delicious and every staff member we had an encounter with were very friendly and helpful. The room was also nice and clean. We also had house keeping come in to tidy up while we stepped out for the day. That was greatly appreciated!

Very good

I loved the facility very clean and nice. Breakfast was very good nice selection and the coffee is amazing.

The a.c in our room would not get cold very warm and hard to sleep.

Friemdly staff and comfortable rooms!!

staff was all super friendly and helpful!

My issue was the shower. Getting in and out right on top of toilet was awkward. Opening would have worked better on end by door. My husbands complaint was that none of the gym equipment worked other then treadmill

was not very impressed and would not stay again unless things changed. Surprised I was not offered some sort of discount

the close proximity to the Air Force base for my son’s graduation.

there was food in the sofa bed that I had to get cleaned by someone. the hot tub did not work. the pool was cold and pool deck was very slippery. my daughter slipped and fell. the gym equipment was all broken and could not be used when my son went to workout.The bar was not open every night. and the rooms had a strange odor.

It accomplished the task

I loved the breakfast, and I thought the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the beds were very comfortable

It seemed that a lot of thing were not in operation. Our hair dryer didn’t work, the outlets were very wobbly so we could not plug anything into the walls, the pool was very chilly for being heated, the hot tub had no jets working so it was just a really hot pool of water that looked unsanitary, the gym had machines that were not working or worked poorly, and I said good morning to two roaches in the bathroom. I picked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub for me and the kids to enjoy, and not being able to use them was a bummer

The showers were a bit dirty & wasn’t cleaned when we arrived.
