Está todo sucio y descuidado. Mala experiencia.

La ubicación estuvo bien Desayuno no habia

Todo muy sucio, descuidado y la habitación era para no fumadores y olía a cigarrillo. El microondas sucio, horrible y no tiene el plato que gira. La nevera parada en un montón de polvo y había cucarachas por todo el cuarto. El baño muy sucio. La persona que nos atendió cuando llegamos, poco amable. Y el lobby olía a marihuana.Me atrevería a decir que las sábanas estaban sucias porque había un letrero que decía que limpian cada 3 días.

Fridge did not work. Told staff. They offered to switch my room , but that would was not convenient for me to move my stuff after a long days labor work.

It was relatively close to what I was doing while I was in town.

They charged me a $50 deposit for some reason, but never gave it back to me.

It was very dirty and the people were very rude.

There were dirty sheets in our room and we found a cigarette in the bed, when we got there they said there were no non smoking rooms available and then when we asked for a refund they all of a sudden had a non smoking room.

It’s what you pay for. The location is convenient

Staff is nice and friendly. The location is closed to sea world. A H-E-B plus is 3-5 mins to it. The parking space is right outside the room, which is another huge plus. It’s so convenient to get things up and down.

The only thing isn’t good is not clean enough. There are roaches and died fly in the room. The door frame is broken, but they just simply use nails to hold it in place. The issue is the nails are not the all the way in, about 0.5 inch is outside. It is not safe for little kids. Anyway, staff is nice and friendly. Overall, it’s what you pay for.

Good place if you just want it to sleep and go to SeaWorld

Good price not far from SeaWorld cleaned enough for me, nice people on the front desk and even the cleaning lady maria was the best even after my issue I understand and it was. A great stay after all I give it a 9.5

I liked it the only issue was I booked for 3 days and when we woke up the first day we went out to eat when we came back there was a shirt and food in our room wasn't ours we figured they re rented the room went to tell them they said it was maintenance we didn't believe that but oh well they clean the room again new sheets and everything 2nd day the key card didn't open our room we went to ask again and they re activated our card at the end I left that night I didn't stay for day 3 so if you go anywhere just let them know we're still here will be back everytime we left we took all our items just in case also I had paid for my room in advance for. King bed but they told me when I arrive we have a two bed room only and they ask for $50 deposit I understand that but I wasn't expecting extra money but they did gave me my deposit when I checked out !!!

Quadruple money bypass

Was quadruple charged for my room. The money was eventually reinstated, (6 days later), yet was not available for the remainder of our trip, and a major inconvenience. Staff took no responsibility for it.
