This was a great place to stay in downtown Yerevan. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Great breakfast on their Skydeck which has a great view (including Mount Ararat). The pool is a great reprieve when arriving back on hot days. I would definitely stay here again.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality throughout my stay.
Overall, the hotel is very good, although I believe it could benefit from a few improvements and updates. With some small enhancements, it could become even better.
I would especially like to thank Emma at the reception. She was incredibly kind, professional, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. She speaks English very well, which made communication easy and comfortable. In my opinion, this is something that is still needed in many places in Armenia. Please take good care of her—she is a valuable member of your team.
I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff. They were excellent, respectful, hardworking, and carried out their duties with great care and dedication. Their professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you all for making my stay a pleasant experience. I wish the hotel continued success, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

A very nice hotel in a very nice location with fantastic and very helpful staff. Special thanks to Emma and Hrach for their help, guidance and being so welcoming. Will definitely book again whenever in Yerevan.
