Seems it was overrated!

The location and stuff

The shower is very slow and has no control of hot water and cold water. Beds and furniture are tcheep Toilet is leaking of water. Rooms are small, and one has emergency exit. The room is noisy with the heater

اعجبني الفندق وخدماته والنظافه وموقعه ممتاز جدا ساكرر الزياره مره اخرى مناسب للعائلات والاطفال ومناسب لقضاء اجازه سعيده جميع الخدمات قريبه خطوات قليله من الفندق والمطاعم والاسواق والكافيهات كانت رحله سعيده

لايوجد ملاحظات الفندق اعتبره خمسه نجوم كونه في موقع مميز واستثنائي وخدماته ممتازه والطاقم متجاوب ومرن يلبون الاحتياجات في اي وقت خصوصا الاخت ايمان والشاب السوري والشاب التركي جميعهم جاهزون للخدمه في اي وقت

Hotel staff were super nice and been available and cooperative

Location in a very narrow street We could hear noise all night due to night club next door My apartment was in the ground floor and I got very bad smell coming out of the balcony No windows on the bed room and toilets

Short stay in Istanbul

-Good location. -Friendly staff that knows english. -We booked an apartment that does’t have too many windows and we wanted to change it. The staff understood and help us in solving this quickly.

-The apartment needs some touch ups as years passed, some things need to be changed. -The bleach smell was a bit too intense (this being a bad and a good thing in the same time 😁).

Exceptional

The apartment was nice and clean and we enjoyed the whole stay. We wanted to have a family gathering on the patio and we told them in the chat that we wanted to have this gathering. They helped us arrange it and were very kind and flexible with us and our guests.

Good location and excellent staff

Staff were really helpful anytime of the day especially Firās and Iman. Location is excellent as metro and local shops close by. We had one bedroom with sofabed good enough for a family of 4. Kitchen area was good with dishwasher, oven and cutlery all available. Cleaning was available when requested - very well done as well

Hot water was temperamental in the shower head.

Great staff and clean

Very welcoming staff, The location is great close to all shoes that you need and also the metro is few meters away “2 minutes walking” The room was well clean and staff prepared everything for us prior we arrive and turn on the AC to cool the room for us and added extra beds for the kids

The price is high compared to the size of room The lighting is not much enough what cause you to feel not comfortable sometimes

Excellent location, easy to walk to major sites in Istanbul. Lovely big park nearby for kids and good restaurants close by. Very close to a metro station as well.

We will definetly visit again. It is a very good option to stay in the city center of Istanbul

Kind and helpfull staff. They conduct daily deeply cleaning. Location was amazing. It takes around 30seconds of walk to Osmanbey metro station. There is a brand new shopping mall named Lotus which is only 1 min walk away.

There is no private car park belong to the hotel. But there are many private car parks nearby.

Superb

The studio was spacious and very clean, the staff were friendly, the location is less than 5 mins walk to supermarkets, metro station, Sisli shopping street and Nisantasi shopping district. Definitely worth every penny and will stay again inshalla if I visit Istanbul

The soundproof was very poor in the studio, I stayed for 2 nights for UCL final, on the second night they offered me a new room with better sound proof on a higher floor, but I preferred to stay in my room as I was leaving morning. It was really nice of them, as I didn't complain or reach to the front desk about the noise and soundproof, they did it out of their own and I really do appreciate it

Fantastic first time visit to Istanbul

The staff were very helpful and informative and provided us with all the needed details and directions, especially we were there for the UCL final! Feras, Iman and Gaçler were all fantastic and will come back later!

There could be more towels in the room.

located in very crowded area which is not suitable for some people - not good location for older people since it is hard to walk on hills . on weekends i could hear the music of the nearby bar from my bed which disturb mu sleep . however the staff were nice and helpful.

Last minute booking in Istanbul

The hotel is located in a lively area with full of shops and restaurants, it is 20 minutes away walking from Taksim Square. the rooms are suites, quiet big, it has sitting area and kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The cost of the hotel is responsible, the staff are great and very helpful, especially Mr. Firas and Mr. Caglar, thanks to Mr. Firas and Mr. Caglar for their hospitality.

Overall, the apartment was nice if you were not staying with small kids. The bed was comfortable, and there was good warm water available as well.

Cleaning was very bad as we were with small kids, and the floor was so sticky/dirty when we arrived. The next day, daily housekeeping didn't mop, and even bedroom sheets that they had changed were not clean and had loose thread everywhere. Basic necessities in the kitchen were missing. Staff was very welcoming when we arrived and also helped throughout our stay, but there was a very bad/rude attitude at the checkout time.

Good value for money

The customer service we received was excellent. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The unit we took was self-catering.it was neat and clean, located in a good area . Walking distance to the train station other amenities.The interior of the unit was great and was good value for money.

It was a great experience from the begging till the end , eman and caglar who reply to every thing we ask even at late night , big thanks to eman who upgraded our studio to a flat with a bed room and big thanks to caglar we wrote him in whatsapp at late night for charger and he bring it to our door in less thn 5 mins and help us about taxi too 🙏 it gonna be my favorite hotel in Istanbul

Everything comfort the area and staff are really amazing and so helpful.Miss.Iman Mr.Firas and the other guy with them i forget his name are really like family to us anything you need they never hesitate to help you.. Amazing place to stay in Istanbul. Highly recommended.
