Amazing location, steps away from the subway! We stayed in the Penthouse Suite with 6 people. Lots of space to put our belongings; the beds are very comfortable; the kitchen and dining area were very nice, and we had all the basic things we would need already provided.
The staff is sooo helpful; every time we were passing by the lobby, they were asking if everything was alright and if there was anything we needed.
The only minor issue we had was that the water pressure in the showers were quite low and inconsistent, and the shower drain clogged so easily. Understandable as it is an older building, but we had no other complaints besides that!

The only positive point was their staff. Iman was a wonderful lady. Really made the residence tolerable for me. And also Mr. Cag (spelled chaw). He was very nice too. Whatever we requested or asked, they gave us. Specially Iman was so nice and sweet. Thank you all
The apartment was not what they showed in the booking’s description and photos. I really was shocked 😮 it was old not too big. Electrical Kettle was dirty, they changed but second one was out of order. We forgot drinking tea. It had dishwasher but no tablets for it. No other cleaning and washing detergents or a pad for washing the dishes. I think having a washing machine is much more important than a dishwasher. We spent most of our time out of the hotel. The tv had none of the good main channels of the Turkey and out of order.
