The room was excellent, and the hotel upgraded me without my request, which I think is a great strategy to attract clientele, since I'll definitely book my next trip to Istanbul at the same hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was kind and available for any questions
There was nothing in the hotel you wouldn't like, so I loved my experience at this facility. The location was perfect, the room was perfect, the staff was perfect; everything was perfect

Very good location, clean.
Excellent location. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff were great. Especially Ramazan the receptionist he is very nice, respectful, helpful and friendly. As well as the other guy i don’t know his name ( the bold guy who serves the breakfast) he is very nice and friendly. Honestly i like the hotel because of the treatment the comfort once you enter the hotel.
