Location is very good with lots of restaurants, patisseries and near the metro station which is one station away from Taxim Square.
Lightning in the room and bathroom is little bit dark.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The hotel was clean and the room was quiet.
I was disappointed in the spa option, which was included in the rate. You have to make a reservation for a specific time to sit in there alone, one person at a time, for a limited amount of time, and it seemed very impersonal and a little intimidating from the staff managing the spa.

Ali Can, the receptionist, was very nice and welcoming, and the location was also good.
We stayed for five nights, but unfortunately, from the second day onward, we did not receive the same level of kindness and hospitality from the rest of the staff. We were always respectful and did not do anything wrong, so this change in attitude was disappointing.
