Aesthetically pleasing place, well kept and located in a street with many restaurants and close to metro station and downtown. The bathroom was gorgeous. We loved it there.
Everything was good . If you like really big rooms or are of a bigger size maybe you’d like another place.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They moved the reservation since my travel plans changed and also allowed a late checkout.

Good location if you need the Sisli area, helpful personal on the reception.
The room was quite noisy, the windows overlook a busy street. The room is dirty, a dusty bed headrest, a chandelier and sconces with a layer of dust that have not been wiped off for a very long time, a dirty carpet. The next day, until 16:00, the cleaners did not come, I had to call to at least change the towels. The room has a dirty carpet that no one vacuums. There's terribly smelly water flowing from the tap.
