The hotel is well located near Osmanbey metro station, lots of shops and food nearby. The room is spacious and always clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is clean, good shower and hot water. The staff are very kind and helpful, they make sure everyday that I have everything I need. I can freely ask for Turkish coffee, tea, or bottled mineral water.

The warm welcome and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind, positive, and always ready to assist with any request. The room was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was outstanding. A special touch was the delicious Turkish coffee prepared for us every day, which added an extra positive vibe to our mornings.
Nothing significant. We had a very pleasant stay and felt well looked after throughout our visit.

Great place with comfy amenities , but the cherry on the top is the staff, they make the place so warm and inviting without being overbearing.
