The location is very good, in upscale district, very close to metro and public transport. There are a lot of shopping and dinning options around the hotel. My room and the bathroom were clean but the shower might need some work. The bed was comfy and the bedsheets and pillows were clean.
Wifi was not very fast in my room. The breakfast was not rich and does not match the hotel standards.

The breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful and nice, especially manager Suleiman and Arman - they made my stay very easy and helped me with travelling around Istanbul by giving me instructions and directions. They both helped with booking taxis and giving refreshments.

It was always really clean, great room service, no smell in the room. Location is great, metro is near. AC works fine. Breakfast is ok. Friendly personnel. Safety storage. A lot of mirrors in the room.
Noise isolation is abscent. No difference if the windows are open or closed. Traffic is active whole night with beeps and engines running. Also you hear everything your neighbours are doing and speaking. Blanket was thin, just the sheet. Not used to that.
Coffee at breakfast is bad.
