About this condo rental
Nestled in Siesta Beach, this lovely condo for $500 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Next to the Siesta Key Public Beach, 60 steps only! The charming and recently refurbished & updated 2 bedroom apartment & den, with 2 newly remodeled new baths (photo's soon), 1 King bed + 1 Queen + 1 Queen bed in the additional room 1,200 sq/ft. suite on ground level with two private patio's. All bedding is hyper-allergenic, no feathers! Our apartments have been repainted and updated 2021 All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped including washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and 2 flat screen TV's. Free WiFi, Our mini resort Gumbo Limbo Vacation Rentals offers 2 large duplexes and a black bottom waterfall pool with lounges and a BBQ area. Free parking on-site (2 cars max.), beach chairs, sun umbrellas and pool / sand toys are being offered complimentary. AC can be set as low as F73 Not pet friendly. During high season (February - April) we rent from Saturday - Saturday exclusively. When booking PLEASE provide your email info and cell phone number otherwise we are unable to send you the arrival and departure instructions! The condo was very clean and spacious. Easy walk to a beautiful beach which despite being public felt private. The weather didn’t cooperate a couple of days but the kids loved swimming in the heated pool. You can walk to the Siesta Key village in about 15 minutes or take one of the trolleys. We loved the convenience of the trolleys which pick you up 100 feet from the condo. The owner is very responsive to communications as well.

Amazing location, accurate listing, easy communication, ample parking, decent space size for our group, great communal backyard space, and right across from the beach. Just wish there were a few more basic household items to last our stay, otherwise no complaints.

Room and property was very nice, clean and only 1 block from the beach. Good beds, good air condition, close to town with restaurants and shops. Free Siesta key trolley stop right outside our building. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice perk included with our stay. Property manager was very nice and receptive, always responding quickly to any questions. The only complaint we had was thin walls and the upstairs guests keeping it very loud for most of the nights we were there, hard to sleep with the stomping and loud conversation. Not sure if that is something you can change though. Check out time could be a little later…

The condo was exactly as pictured and advertised. Beautiful sugar sand beach so close and a 10-15 minute stroll to numerous casual restaurants. Light and bright spacious condo. Nice patio/pool area with room to sit and read and enjoy.

Very clean and comfortable property. Just a half block walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas for time on the beach. Beautiful pool area to relax in. Close proximity to the fun downtown area. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home & perfect for our quick stay in Siesta Key! Right across the street from the beach and LOVED all of the beach items that were available (chairs, umbrellas, sand blankets). The pool is amazing and our kids loved swimming in it (even when it got a little chilly!)
Loved some of the "stocked" items in the kitchen and made cooking a lot easier! Was very excited about the milk frother -- but unfortunately the batteries were dead - HA!
Unfortunately the temperature dipped quite a bit while we were there so we did not get to enjoy the beach and pool as much as we had hoped, but loved the area -- check in was incredibly easy and we had a great time!

The unit’s location is amazing and it was nicely decorated and clean. We loved being able to easily walk back and forth to that beautiful beach! The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were also a definite bonus! The only drawback was the noise from the upstairs unit. You can hear people walking around, and unfortunately one night of our stay our upstairs neighbors were up and moving around into the wee hours of the night. Just something to consider with light sleepers or kiddos that need to go to sleep early. Next time we may look into the upstairs unit :)

We came to Siesta Keys with our four children (ages 8-15) to enjoy the beach. The place was in a great location- as advertised, clean, and very easy access to the beach. We stayed in the downstairs unit and the ceiling isn’t super well insulated but it wasn’t a big deal. The unit has many thoughtful touches that show the owner cares about it. We ask learned about it the SCAT trolley which stops right next door and gets you to town (or all the way to Turtle Beach south). We hope to stay again if we travel to Florida and stay a few more days too. Thanks for hosting us!

Unit was clean. No bugs. My rating is because: felt like no sound barrier. Neighbors were very obnoxiously loud after hours one night. Could hear literally everything and blaring music. Could hear everyone walking above us. The two bedrooms by the pool desperately need curtains because when people are out back walking around a crazy bright light, lights up entire bedroom constantly waking you up. Location to beach was very nice. Plenty of bath and pool towels were nice. Parking was good for a truck and smaller car.

Pleasantly surprised how close and convenient this property is to the beach and the shops and restaurants. The pool grounds were beautiful and a relaxing place for the family to hang. A bigger tv for rainy days would be my only suggestion. The condo had everything else that we desired. Highly recommend!
