No proper walkways, having to walk over (wet) grass in pretty steep terrain.

If you are campers (we are), this is a good option. View is stunning and facilities are great for breakfast, the only meal we ate here. You will not be cold in the bathroom or the yurt (we did not even use the stove), but slippers would be beneficial. Water was cold and fabulous - best place to fill up water bottles on the trip - and the breakfast was great.
If you are not campers, think carefully. Our view was spectacular but the walk up/down the hill for the bathroom, to do dishes, etc. was not. The floor is uneven, we were not able to block out the light from the window and if hay fever is an issue for you, a summer visit is not a good idea. This was a fun experience and we don't regret the decision to stay, but we would probably take a pass on it a second time due mainly to the hill.

What I liked about the property was the view and the use of the community pool.
What I didn’t favor about the yurt was the fact that we had to hike up with our luggage, instead of parking close to the yurt. It was inconvenient. I also didn’t like that there were flies everywhere and spiders inside the yurt. I also disliked the smell of mold on the wash towels. The bedding too was dusty and could have used a wash. There also was no hot water to wash. You had to use a kettle to make hot water.
