Situated in Destin, this lovely condo for $530 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. In keeping with our five star standard of excellence (just read our reviews on our other Villa Coyaba condos - Villa Coyaba 106 is right next door!), Villa Coyaba 107 newly updated and you will arrive to find a condo that exceeds your expectations for gulf front comfort, luxury and style. *All of our sheets and bathroom towels are 100% cotton. *All bathrooms have soaps and hair dryers for your convenience. *Living Room and all bedrooms have Smart TVs and phone charger on the bed side tables. The master bedroom has been updated with a Pottery Barn seagrass KING woven bed. - Master bathroom with separate shower and a jetted tub plus double sinks The second bedroom has a KING bed - adjoining bathroom with shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has a KING size bed - Shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom. Shower tub combination The fourth bedroom has bunk beds - A queen bed over a queen bed plus a twin bed - Shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. Enjoy the view from the newly updated living room including a NEW LEATHER SOFA SECTIONAL and Occasional Chair with large Smart TV, plus new area rug The dining area is perfect for family dinners and games. Newly upgraded dining with seating for eight. Kitchen with freshly painted cabinets to lighten and brighten this luxury condo is complete with Stainless Steel GE Profile 23.1 cubic ft refrigerator with french doors Maytag 48 decibel dishwasher Kitchen Aid ice maker Bosch Oven Viking microwave Keurig and regular coffee maker Fully stocked kitchen with crock pot, blender, shrimp pot and plenty of dishes and cookware for your stay. Villa Coyaba has just 32 condos on its own private beach. The large pool has plenty of chaise lounges, tables and chairs with umbrellas and is heated in the cooler months. Enjoy the grilling area with patio seating overlooking the gulf. Beach chair service is included March to October. Two underground parking spots per condo. The entrance to the underground parking garage is only 7'1" - please measure any large vehicles! The beach, pool, gym and grilling area are for the sole use of Villa Coyaba guests. While friends or family may visit you at your condo, they may not use the facilities. Saturday to Saturday rentals only during summer season and spring/fall breaks. Must be 25 or older to reserve, no chaperoned groups. Sleeps 10. Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Cribs are available through our Concierge service. Villa Coyaba is a non-smoking facility. (There are 2 smoking outposts on the east and west side of the building) Please review your charges before booking on line with VRBO as we are unable to refund their charges. Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to bring pets.

Your Friend at the Beach is a wonderful place to rent through! We had wonderful customer service and it was slightly cheaper than booking through VRBO or AirBNB. The condo was the most well-stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in a so clean. The beds were so comfy and there is a lot of space for a large group. We loved being on the bottom floor and being able to walk out to the pool and beach. The beach was not crowded which is a huge plus. We will definitely use them again for our next beach trip!

This condo was very nice, clean, and close to shopping and restaurants. It had almost every amenity we needed. My only complaints are that there was no air fryer (I use mine at home all the time) and the lock on the master bedroom door did not work. Neither of these things were a big deal considering we got to stare at the ocean for a week! I would definitely recommend this property. I didn't want to leave!!

My family members enjoyed our stay in condos #106 and #107. The weather, beach, and ocean were very good most days.But there are some things I want you to know about. This year, we were provided with only one umbrella and two beach chairs per condo. For expensive condos that can house up to 10 people, that’s not right. Last year, we had two umbrellas and four beach chairs per condo. The beach chairs were removed at 5:00 pm when there was still a couple of hours of daylight left. The Inn at Crystal Beach, next door, had its beach chairs out until much later than 5:00 pm.While the new outdoor cooking grills were much easier to use this year, we couldn’t find proper cooking utensils (rigid metal spatulas) to be used on the grills in either condo.Condo #107: The Wi-Fi was very weak. We had to use our phones and computers close to the router to make them work. A better router or a Wi-Fi extender needs to be installed. The password was very weak. I did not want to use the Wi-Fi for risky matters such as trading stocks at my brokerage firm.The original locking mechanism handle on the sliding glass doors was missing. The locking device, that was probably added some years ago, was the only way to lock the sliding glass doors.

Fantastic!
This property is beautiful! The unit was incredibly clean (and I am very picky). The overall layout of the unit and having 3 full bathrooms was really nice. The room with the bunks is perfect for kids. Everything you could need is stocked. The ice maker was a huge hit! Being on the bottom level and being able to walk right out to the pool/beach was perfect and having the patio area to keep our chairs and toys without having to bring inside was convenient. Management was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Priceless Family Time
We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at Villa Coyaba was. The condo was spotless and much bigger than the pictures portrayed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities to cook efficiently. We loved the free standing ice maker! The beds were awesome and the linens were plentiful and very clean and fresh. We loved the outdoor grills and used them several times. We are a tall family with my two son-in-laws being 6’9” and 6’4”. The furniture was very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 10. We will definitely be returning!

The condo was gorgeous with everything we needed! My grandmother is 95 and has mobility issues. This home was perfect and allowed her to get around well. The communication was super and they even called us to let us know we could check in early. We would definitely stay here again!
