This a wonderful apartment, very clean and well-appointed. It has a fantastic view. The building is secure, and the security staff is very helpful. The owner is friendly and helpful, as well. The location is quite central, but see next comments.
My rating was almost a 10, save for the fact that there was a mix-up when we arrived, resulting in us having to find another room for the night.The problem was resolved the next day, to our complete satisfaction; but it was something that could have been easily avoided.
Be aware that the apartment is in the old CBD, meaning it's surrounded by pretty rough neighborhoods. We were advised not to walk at night anywhere in the CBD. So make sure to have a ride sharing app.

Very comfortable place, and practical. It was also close to where I intended to visit (i.e. an event I was attending).
There was no Iron. It would be helpful if, on the booking.com, it is mentioned that the client is expected to pay for parking as opposed to just mentioning that parking space is available.

The place is beautiful and the owner and his helpers were very friendly and helpful.
I was told I need to pay R3000 on the spot for deposit, otherwise, I can’t check in. Booking.com deducted R600 more than the amount showing on the website, the lift is also very scary, it moves as if it is about to fall. Lastly, we were forced to check-out at 8am in one apartment because they apparently had an early booking, but we paid full price. N.B no visitors allowed!!
