Natasha and Conway were great hosts and ensured that all of their guests took full advantage of everything Joburg has to offer. They have a great guide in the room, good recommendations and ensure that everyone stays safe. And they help with lots of arrangements from cars to trips. Some of my best days came together with them over breakfast. Melville is also one of the few locations in Joburg that you can walk (or Uber very cheaply) to a strip of good bars and restaurants. Its a smart and secure property with big rooms and not too many guests.

Everything was great. The welcome was warm and friendly. Hosts were super informative and helpful. They were determined to ensure that we had the best time and gave thoughtful and useful advice about where to go and how best to get there. Room was well appointed and furnished. Beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were good.
Only issue that we had was caused by the extremely cold weather conditions - water pipes froze overnight and we could not have hot showers in the morning. But hosts were helpful and considerate and it was not long before the pipes thawed.
