We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything we needed was available, making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

I liked the lady who greeted us. She was very friendly and welcoming. The location is also close to shops and restaurants and close to UJ.
I asked for 3 separate beds for 4 adults and only got 3. But otherwise all good

The family room was spacious & comfortable the appliances on offer were working well, and a very nice enviroment for traveling with family
We struggled to get warm water for showering I thought it's maybe the cold weather. There was no hot water @ all only cold water & i know how to work the mixer as I have the same 1 @home
& i think they could do better with the quality of breakfast the lady is a very nice & friendly person though, she tried using what they have
