Beautiful surroundings, lovely trees.Very relaxing to sit on the veranda and feel part of the garden. Very good breakfast with a big selection. The buffet supper was good but I would have liked a beef option as well. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped.
The mattress was a bit hard for my liking.

The waitresses in the dining area were nice and very attentive.
The staff made me feel greatly welcome when I arrived as a late check in and went out of their way to help me.
That it was not overly crowed with people waiting for a long time to be service.
The carpet throughout the building is dirty and in my room was so dirty the bottom of my slipper got dirty.
The heater made loud noises all night.
There were no washcloths in the bathroom, I as another person and they said the something.

location
the water was cold. I waited and waited and ended using cold water. Only tonbe told that I needed to run the tap for sometime first before the water cold be warm. Day two was the same. Sobwe have to waste water in order to get hot water to shower. that is sad
