Super friendly staff, accommodated an early-check in and a non smoking room. My highlight was the rooftop terrace!

Room was modern, very clean and quiet.
Staff were fantastic and Mama Chef put on a lovely fresh breakfast every morning.
She makes the best coffee in Jordan.
Downtown shops and bizzars are five minutes walk. Tourist attractions nearby.
Had to leave.

The rooms are excellent with a view directly to Roman Theatre. Cleanliness was top class.
The hotel also helped in booking tour with a guide named Tareq Ziad. Tareq is very knowledgeable and he took me through key religious sites including Prophet Hud, Prophet Musa, Jesus / Elijah and Khalifa Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah. He was very helpful and had excellent background information.
