About this house rental
The Villa Roque del Conde 3 is one of the holiday homes of the highest class from a prime location above the Costa Adeje and not least by its exclusive features. It takes only 5 minutes to the beach. On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen and separate dining area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. One bedroom has a balcony and has a wonderful sea view over the Atlantic to the neighboring island of La Gomera. The lounge has a flat screen TV with international satellite channels. Wifi for Internet access is available for free (fast fiber optic Internet). The living room has a sofa bed and offers a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more people.
In the living room there is a small stereo and a DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer.
There is a large pool area with sun loungers (Community Pool) which can be used free of charge. On the terrace there is a barbecue available and comfortable seating and 2 sun loungers so that you can spend beautiful barbecue evenings there.
You can park your car in the private garage, which is located in the basement of the house. There is also a washing machine.
In the living room there is a small stereo and a DVD player.

Der Kontakt mit Sven im Vorfeld war sehr gut, jederzeit kurzfristige Antworten auf alle unsere Fragen und Anregungen.Dadurch haben wir trotz Corona mit einem guten und beruhigten Gefühl unseren Urlaub antreten können.
Um auftretende Probleme hat sich Sven auch während des Aufenthalts jederzeit sofort gekümmert.
Leider wurde in der Ferienanlage ein Haus ständig neu an feierlustige Gäste vermietet, so dass sehr häufig die Nachtruhe massiv gestört wurde. Das hat die gute Urlaubsstimmung doch sehr getrübt.
Die Garage im Haus war ein echtes Highlight.
Adeje ist für Unternehmungen, Wanderungen und Ausflüge, egal wohin, ein guter Ausgangspunkt.
Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage des Objektes absolut erforderlich.
Die Situation am Pool war jederzeit entspannt und erholsam.
Trotz Corona haben wir uns auf Teneriffa überall, ob am Strand, in den Supermärkten, Einkaufscentren, in den Bergen ,am Pool oder auf den Wanderungen sehr sicher gefühlt
