Excellent property location in the Leland Area. Easy access to shopping and services. The unit is located on the third level. overlooking the golf course and has a screened balcony. Has all the amenities as shown in the advertised booking. Pool pass was provided by the host. We will rebook again if the opportunity exists.

The location was fantastic! Beautiful views from every window. There is a fully stocked kitchen, which was great though they are in need of new large cutting knives for meal prepping. The unit was very clean and just as pictured. The complex is very quiet, and the pools were clean and relaxing. The complex sits far back from 17 so you are not staying in the middle of all the action. We had a great stay; the only problem was the A/C was loud. We enjoyed walking around the community every morning looking at all the beautiful homes and the landscaping was impeccable. Close to Wilmington and short drive to a very nice quite beach town - Holden Beach.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable . We were close to shopping and the waterfront. This is located in a quiet community with plenty of amenities.Any questions were answered quickly and I would recommend this condo . It was perfect for the week that we were in Leland.

My family was absolutely WOWED by this home away from home. Anything and everything you would need in your own home was provided in our rental. The total design of the home was expertly laid out. We loved the colors, furniture and appliances so much that we want to replicate many of the items in our own home. A lovely bottle of wine, chocolate, and starter necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags) greeted us on our arrival.Additionally, the closed in deck, golf course view, and cozy surroundings left us so relaxed!! My family looks forward to staying here again in the future.
