Wat een fantastisch appartement in het centrum van La Spezia.
Van alle gemakken voorzien, heel schoon en vriendelijke eigenaren.
Absolute aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Wspaniali, mili i pomocni gospodarze, pomogli nam z zaparkowaniem i przeniesienim bagaży, ponieważ apartament jest w strefie bez ruchu samochdów - ścisłe centrum La Spezia. Dla nas rewelacyjny widok z balkonu nad ruchliwą, włoską uliczka z restauracjami pod i tętniącym życiem, o coś takiego nam chodziło na tym postoju :) Od gospodarzy dostaliśmy poczęstunek na start w postaci soku, wody i winka :) Miriam i Marco podpowiedzieli nam tez gdzie zostawić bezpłatnie auto ( byliśmy 2 noclegi ). Dodam, że kontakt z nimi był błyskawiczny i bardzo pomocny.

Great location and apartment. Wonderful people own this apartment and helped with everything we wanted. Left a lovely bottle of wine for us and ordered the final taxi!

This apartment is in a brilliant location for walking to the station and the port. A spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious apartment for the two of us. The photographs show exactly how it is. We really appreciated the welcome pack of milk, orange juice, still and sparkling water and a bottle of wine. Extremely welcoming hosts with excellent communication. Were there to greet us and were punctual for our departure time. Whilst on the busy Via del Prione, we were not bothered by noise. The sound-proofing when the windows were closed was very effective. We also found some excellent restaurants off the main drag in La Spezia which was an unexpected bonus.
We were prepared for the intermittent noise from the air-conditioning, mentioned by previous guests and responded to by the owners. We understood this to be due to the extreme heat this summer. It was 30 degrees during our stay so one could argue that the AC was still having to work hard. However, only one of the two units in the apartment had this issue and to be fair, air-conditioning is surely designed to be used, and to cope, with hot weather. The intermittent noise sounds like, and is as loud as, a door bell. Whilst we didn't let it become an issue and it wouldn't stop us from staying again, it might discourage others and due to the fact it is only one of the units that is affected we think it could be fixed.
