Grand appartement, bien situé, avec tout l’équipement nécéssaire. Très propre également
3eme étage sans ascenseur, il faut se préparer !

The apartment is nice and comfortable. There's a good pizzeria within walking distance. It's very close to the train station for your Cinqueterre visit, but if you prefer to walk, be prepared to climb a few extra stairs on the way back.
Initially, I couldn't find parking in front of the building and had to park the car on an upper street. I was able to park my car in front of the building in the evening when a space became available. The photos show breakfast bread, jam, Nutella, coffee, and tea. Unfortunately, there was no bread.

We had a wonderful stay in La Spezia. The apartment was in a great location and everything was comfortable and well organized. The air conditioning worked very well, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was there.
A special mention for the host — communication was excellent throughout our stay. The host was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with.
Overall, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place!
Parking can be difficult to find near the apartment, especially on weekends. One evening, we had to drive around twice for about 10 minutes to find a parking space, even a paid one. Since many streets are one-way, it took some time. During the daytime, however, we were able to find free parking not far from the apartment.
