El localización es inmejorable.

El sofá cama es bastante incómodo. Aunque esté anunciado para 4 personas, lo mejor que es que vayan dos, puesto que es pequeño (tal cual se indica) y el sofá cama no es nada cómodo.

Well located and cosy apartment for your Cinque Terre holiday.

The location of the flat was great and it was easy to locate. You have plenty of amenities downstairs. The flat was also cosy and you have all your basics inside. Hosts were really great, and checked on us constantly. Was also communicative and we got alot of good recommendations from them.

The cleanliness can be improved, or if you are not too particular, bring your own bedroom slippers.

Very convenient position of the apparmetnt

The location was very comfortable and central. Very convenient for visiting Cinque Terre.

The neighborhood was a bit noisy. Parking was a bit difficult.

Book it if you’re staying in Cinque Terre. Make sure to travel using the train not yiur car. It’s easier!

Genoa has beautiful architecture, history over 1200 years. I would like to stay longer.

In the quiet living room for all the guests to use, there was an electric kettle with a nice selection of tea and instant coffee. Also a water dispenser with UV light to kill any bacteria that might be in the water. Delicious tasting water. The reception was in a different building, in the same square. The building we stayed in was for sale. It took both of us to figure out exactly what was going on- and we are both college graduates.

very good base to explore Cinque Terre/Santa Margherita/Portofino

the apartment is very conveniently located, 5 mins walk from the train station and few meters from Piazza Garibaldi, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You can reach all main attractions in La Spezia very easily (10 min walk to the castello San Giorgio, 15 min walk to the port/boat cruises). Supermarket is just downstairs from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped, the owner left for us coffee and tea. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to cook (we didn't, the restaurants were all so good...)

Lovely, fully equipped apartment in great location!

Great location, spacious apt, recycling made easy, washing machine, and had hangars (always appreciated)!

Minor thing -- apt is light enough inside during the day but can't really look out the windows.

The location was perfect, near the station and in the center, so you can have all you need. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The host was super nice and helpful. Self chek-in was also really convenient!

The house doesn't have proper windows, if you have problem with that just keep it in mind.

Would stay here again for sure

Easy check in process, all automatic. Comfortable home and well decorated. Had coffee available. Perfect location.

The couch-bed was not super comfortable but no problem for a night or two.

Modern apartment in perfect location!

Loved the place! It was the perfect location close to the train station to visit Cinque Terre. There were also some great restaurants and bakeries nearby. The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, and the host even had a tea station with jams set up for us when we arrived:)

No complaints! It was fantastic for 4 of us but may have been cramped if someone needed the sofa bed.
