Good location. Helpful staff. The room had everything you need was very quiet despite having a window on the street. I liked the deco. it wasn’t so great to be able to leave your luggage at reception for early checking old checkout.
I thought I was in for an awful stay when they contacted me just a few days before check-in telling me I would have to leave $100 deposit or equivalent in chilean pesos in cash, or by debit card, but with the 25% fee (!!!), which was totally inconvenient as I was spending just one night in Chile and didn’t have access to dollars. Luckily the Hostel let me pay this deposit in Argentinian pesos that I had available and would be able to use in a near future. However, I have this issue was entirely due to Booking.com not showing this important condition clearly on the app (it shows when you book on a laptop, but on the phone, you need look through several subsections). Also, be worn that, as with any Hotel in Chile, The VAT exemption works only if your bank card has differed debit, all of the cards are considered as a debit cards (even if it is a foreign card and that they need to hit credit card for it to work when you pay in a Chilean supermarket!!! - Doesnt make any sense, but from that point of view, Chile is surprisingly unprepared for foreign tourism and it’s not the property’s fault)

I really liked the industrial design of the hotel. It has a modern and different feel compared to many traditional hotels. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the TV was a good size for relaxing after a long day.
Another thing I appreciated was having a 24/7 front desk, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The breakfast being delivered directly to the room was also a nice touch and very convenient.
The location can be a big advantage depending on the purpose of your trip. It is only about a block from Cerro Santa Lucía and within walking distance of downtown Santiago and several tourist attractions.
The main downside for me was the breakfast. While it was convenient to have it delivered to the room, it had very little protein and felt somewhat limited, especially if you are looking for a more balanced meal before a full day of sightseeing.
Another thing to keep in mind is the area around the hotel at night. Since it is located in a commercial district, the streets become very quiet after business hours, especially on weekends. We never experienced any dangerous situations ourselves, but the area can feel somewhat uncomfortable when walking around at night. In fact, hotel staff advised us not to walk alone after around 9 or 10 PM. While this is not the hotel's fault, it is something future guests should be aware of.

Extremely comfortable bed and modern rooms! Everything is walking distance and the reception speaks English. Breakfast service to the room was great! Overall a nice stay.
The area is a bit dodgy and you should avoid the nearby part at all costs! Don’t walk around at night and show any valuables.

The bed was comfortable and the location is good.
For such a small place I would definitely use brighter colors and not black that makes it even smaller.
