Location - Walkable to restaurants such as in Lastarria. 24-hour reception made it feel safe. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms.
Couldn’t control AC temperature in room and this wasn’t fixed. Street noise in the night was loud. To attain discounted parking in the parking lot a few streets away was not very simple or convenient having to go to another hotel to get a stamp rather than Novapark.
