The staff is incredibly kind and the location is great. Unbeatable price.
Nothing bad but some travelers might want to know that you have to be buzzed in and out of the building by staff every time. They are always quick and nice but it’s a little different than I’ve been used to.
I also highly recommend you bring your own towels!

La atención del personal,tuve un problema con mi teléfono y me ayudaron con todo,agradecimiento especial para Carla de recepción,respecto al alojamiento ,tiene buena ubicación en el centro de Santiago
El departamento cumple con todo lo que se pide en relación precio calidad,el punto bajo fue la cama,específicamente el colchón,ya bastante usado y de baja calidad, importante cuando se desea descansar,si se cambiara eso sería un un gran cambio
