La amabilidad de las personas recepcionistas. El agua caliente en la ducha y la disposición de hervidor, té y café.
Dado que estamos en invierno y a veces hacía frío, no me gustó que no hubiera frazadas en las camas. Pese a que después las solicitamos, hubiera sido mejor que estuvieran puestas. Una amiga pidió una almohada de más y no tenían. Se podría mejorar el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, como la higienización del baño.

There was no breakfast.
It was hard to find, but fortunately, I had a photocopy of its map and its phone number. Also, it was fairly close to the metro.
