I loved the ambiance and the little spaces where you could relax. Receptionist was exceptional.
I would have preferred tea/coffee making facilities in my room, and glassware to drink water from. also no facecloth or hand towels.

The location was good, close to many places to see in Santiago.
The room was clean and big.
The breakfast was really bad. There were few options available, juices were not fresh and the scrambled eggs were so less that we and another customers had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get replenished even though it was only 9 am and breakfast finishes at 10:30 am.
I requested for few things to reception and instead of helping me, they sent me to the other department to do it myself. The restaurant staff was so helpful. And the bar staff were rude and it looked like I was begging for some glasses and ice.
Also I requested for extra towels because we were travelling with our baby and the staff who delivered the towels in the morning was really rude and in a bad mood to work.
