I've been working in tourism for over 10 years (I had an agency, I'm a tour guide, and I currently work at a hotel), and I also travel as a tourist. I can confidently say that this place is fantastic! The immense care and personalized attention they dedicate to guests exceed any expectations about hospitality.
Additionally, the beautiful location (everything is within walking distance in the city center, just a few blocks from La Moneda to the Central Market and Cerro Santa Lucía, two blocks from the subway, in a place that has been a backdrop for fashion magazines/influencer photos every single day) makes it even more special.
The simple but delicious and complete breakfast, the attention to room maintenance and cleanliness, the partnership with a travel agency, and the tips on everything from buying phone sim cards to what to do in the city... Everything delighted us!
However, what we loved most was the kindness and always warm and affectionate contact from Joana and Maria, which extends to their colleagues. Incredible! Thank you, girls!
When I return to Chile, I'll be back, and I'll always recommend Voila Londres as my favorite home in Santiago!
