Het is OK

Douche is OK, airco is OK, je kunt de auto voor de deur zetten.

Bed was niet comfortabel, alles is behoorlijk verouderd, geen wegwerp bestek of borden aanwezig, als je de mogelijkheid hebt om voor ongeveer zelfde prijs iets dichterbij de grand canyon te boeken, dan raad ik dat aan.

great stay

the location was close to Grand Canyon, easy check in, lots of parking space and comfy beds! showers were pretty small but still functional! there is a fridge and microwave in the room which was nice. would recommend if just staying the night to get to Grand Canyon :)

Very good

Smooth check-in with clear instructions. The cabin was actually warm despite some other reviews (the heaters were on when we arrived in the evening eith temperature reaching -8 in the night). Clean and comfortable.

It's a bit pricy. But it's Grand Canyon

It's a rip off. Too expensive for the facilities

Accessibility. MUST provide the correct location. MUST have a flashing light where I need to turn. Check in instructions and communication was after I was trying to find the place and not before. I literally circled around trying to find the property for an hour before stumbling on the board in the dark that says turn here... Heaters work, but it's weird. It's like there is one heater in 2 seperate rooms with a wall opened between the rooms. Only one heater turns on at a time. There is no note about whether that's how it is supposed to work. I even called the property to take a look.

We loved that accommodation, communication with the landlord was great, comfy beds, good AC, very clean (but vacuuming under the beds is necessary), gorgeous location half an hour closer to Grand Canyon than Williams! (just be prepared there is no paved street when you arrive from the 64 street to the mobile home park), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee basics, microwave, fridge were provided. Silent area, kind people, nice sunset.

Excellent value, comfortable and clean rooms, everything you could need and more.

This property was very comfortable and clean. For a very small space, it did not feel cramped at all, yet the beds were spacious and tidy. There were places to set down our things and organize ourselves, a fridge and microwave, plenty of outlets, and some thoughtful touches to add convenience and comfort, like tiny side tables next to the beds, free water bottles and coffee, and some toiletry items.

We could not figure out the heating controls. My baby's room was super cold all night and it took us until morning to figure out how the main room's heating control worked. If the owner could put more detailed instructions on its operation, that would be very helpful on freezing nights. It was tricky to find the building at night, so more detailed instructions or GPS coordinates would have been nice too.

Exceptional

Quietness, immediate access from and to car, and immediate response of staff. Also convenience; rooms have all essentials, are clean, location is not too far and not too close to big crowds at the Grand Canyon south rim. Despite short distance to both Tusayan, Grand Canyon, and Williams, it gave me the feeling of being far far away, I liked that.
