Located in North Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. One of the Best units in Baywatch! Direct Oceanfront Penthouse unit! Brand new Granite counters for 2024. Brand new Beds for 2023/2024. Brand new Curtains for 2023/2024. Brand new Washer and Dryer in 2023! MOST BAYWATCH CONDOS DO NOT HAVE WASHER AND DRYERS IN UNIT! Brand new living room and dining room furniture for 2024, New larger TV's and hardwood floors installed in 2023 and 2024. New comfy bedding, new air conditioning and heating unit, new pots and pans, and entire condo freshly painted! 4 new queen beds, 2 in each bedroom! 3 HDTV's with lots of channels along with free local and long distance calls, wireless internet access and much more! All this while still staying at one of North Myrtle Beach's best full service AAA 3-diamond resort, the Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center. The huge 600 foot oceanfront pool deck is sure to impress! With an oceanfront pool, whirlpool, lazy river, and kiddie pool, there is no better place to relax & play! Cool down at Flip Flops, the oceanfront pool bar & grill, featuring specialty frozen drinks and serving your favorites from the grill. Our condo has a private oceanfront balcony! Fully stocked kitchen just like home, dishwasher, washer & dryer in unit, 3 TVs and 3 DVD players. The unit sleeps up to 8 people/6 adults max! There are 2 private bedrooms and 2 baths! The Master bedroom has a private bath and sliding glass doors that open to the view of the ocean. Amenities: Baywatch's water amenities are unmatched in Myrtle Beach and are as follows: Two (2) Indoor pools, two (2) outdoor pools, one (1) indoor lazy river, one (1) huge outdoor lazy river, three (3) indoor hot tubs, four (4) outdoor hot tubs, and indoor and outdoor Kiddie pools. Plus a brand new outside pool deck bar with live entertainment. Outside Shower, Two Restaurants on premises, Sports bar, Outside Cabana bar during the summer, Exercise and game room. Because I want to keep a high quality and standard for the Penthouse accommodations I will be limiting the number of guests that will stay in this unit again this year. That way it will always be extremely clean and the furnishings of a very high standard. So if you want the best and are tired of being disappointed pay a little more for the Penthouse. Please book early as I always fill up very fast! Freshly made beds and towels with all reservations: You get all linens and towels with each reservation. You will have trouble beating my prices when you add in linens and all the amenities you get in my unit. Plus I keep my unit in top shape and very clean! So come see why so many people come back and stay with me each year. I have a internet phone but I would encourage bringing your cell phones as your main way of communicating.

We had such a great time….even with Hurricane Idalia coming our way. The condo was perfect and had all the amenities that we needed, even books to read at the beach. The pictures posted are exactly what you get. We had 5 adults and the condo is big enough that we didn’t feel cramped or on top of each other. There are 2 restaurants and a little beach bar that we frequented often. So fun! Brian was definitely informative and responsive to any questions that I had. I am sure we will return again and would recommend this condo to my family and friends.

This condo was just what we needed. Very good area with many things to do and a view you can't forget. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owners are very responsive to anything that needs attention. We will be back again next year. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful condo

My daughter and I stayed in the penthouse and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views from the balcony. I enjoyed starting out the mornings on the balcony listening to the waves crash and the sunrise. Comfortable couches and beds were great to have along with plenty of channels to throw something on the TV once we were in for the night. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was very clean, the four elevators were some of the fastest ones I've ever been on which if you're going to the penthouse is great! It literally took just a few seconds to go from the penthouse to the ground floor or vice versa! Plenty of pools inside and out, the large outdoor heated pool was my daughter’s favorite! A couple days were rainy and it was comfortable hanging around the condo playing games there.
The owner called me on the way there to let me know that the cleaning person let him know that a bulb might have burned out in the fridge and to let him know if that was true once we arrived, fortunately we found the lights working in both the fridge and freezer. Nice that even a small detail like that was cared about for our stay.

Everything was perfect. Brian communicated with me through the whole process- answered all my questions very quickly. Even gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants. He gave us thorough instructions about the property, check in process, even how to work the locks and let us know when the cleaning crew was finished so we could check in early. He was amazing to work with.
The area was perfect for us. We enjoy less crowded areas. We were always able to find a good spot on the beach during the day, and open spots at the pool early evening. But even the pools didn’t seem overly crowded during the day. The resort itself was great. My daughter enjoyed the pools late afternoons /early evenings- made a new friend every time, while my husband and I listened to a band and had some food or drink. The area itself wasn’t too busy but close enough to the boardwalk and the more hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach that you can easily drive there without missing anything. And the condo was perfect, very clean, had all the necessary amenities with a breathtaking view. It was everything we needed for a recharge and relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Myrtle Beach.

There was nothing about this stay that didn’t result in 5 *****! From the communications, to the view it was described perfectly, and made for the vacation spot we will be coming back to for the foreseeable future! Brian is exemplary in all facets.

This was a terrific condo for a family vacation. The location on the beach made it easy for us to get our young family to the beach with all the sand toys and little hassle. There were plenty of outdoor showers to wash sand off feet and toys before heading back into the resort. Only one of the outdoor pools was heated, but it was plenty big enough for all the guests. The unit itself was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was great to cook in. Furniture was comfy. The North Myrtle Beach location was perfect for a young family trying to avoid all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

My family and I had a great time staying here. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked kitchen with everything that we needed. Very comfortable beds as well. The pools/hot tubs were a fun bonus at this location along with the beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed walks on the beaches and sitting in the sun both at the pools and on the beach. Not crowded at all. The resort itself is also very clean I was impressed with how often I saw them vaccuuming and mopping everywhere throughout the day. The ice cream shop on site was good and reasonable. We even used the fitness room some. Highly recommended!

Our week stay at this property was fantastic. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything that was listed. The view was beautiful!! The owner made sure we had all the instructions needed for check-in, including a brief video on how to use the door lock. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Myrtle Beacj!

The owners of the property kept in contact with us and where very organized with how to check in and out, the place is very clean and has an amazing view, there is a small gift shop and ice cream place just off the lobby, the grandson just loved the lazy river, the bedrooms are spaced out so you have your privacy, everyone we met was so friendly, this is a beautiful condo and you can tell the owners take pride in it, rent it, you will not be disappointed

It has it all
It was nice to be on the ocean and have access to indoor and outdoor pools. It wasn't as crowded as I was afraid of. Still had room to go in any pool you wanted and the beach was nice to have a good spot too. My son bounced from every pool and loved the lazy river the most. I loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves in the morning and at night. When we got hot we just had to go back upstairs to our room. Highly recommend this place.

Great N. Myrtle Beach Location
We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's condo. The kitchen is nicely stocked, there are plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable. Baywatch is a great location with lots of pools for the kids and right on the beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

The PentHouse was absolutely perfect for our little family.
As a family we loved staying in the PentHouse! We all had enough space to move about doing our own thing. The condo was fully furnished as listed in the details. The only thing we had to pickup was toilet paper, but we have to do that on every trip. The owner Brian was a great host. He sent us a message before we left for vacation about what to expect upon arrival. Every detail he spoke on was very helpful upon arrival. We only had one question after arrival and he was very quick to respond. The resort was easy to navigate. We had plenty of space everywhere we went. Crescent Beach was perfect and not crowded. The pools were great. The kids easily went back and forth from the lazy rivers to the pools and they were in sight most of the time. We enjoyed all of the amenities. We live hanging a dishwasher and laundry area. Thank you Brian for being a wonderful host and we will stay again:)

We had a wonderful week. The condo was very clean, decorated nicely and had a wonderful view. The only 2 things I can say that are a bit negative is the condo was a bit smaller than we usually rent and the parking garage is across the street so bringing things from the car could be a pain.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The unit was clean, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, and the kitchen came well equipped for preparing food. What made this unit extra special for us compared to other units were the floors instead of carpets ( no moldy smell), the keyless entry, and good WIFI. The views from the balcony were amazing. Great place to stay and we would be happy to stay there again. Highly recommended.
