Affordable nice Motel, I stay 3 nights for The Warped Tour, asked for an ADA room and it was very easy to access, the room, bed and sheets where clean, even the mattress was new, a nice coffee and bodega for drinks just across the street
Maybe it would be convenient to put an extra padlock inside for more security at night since it is on an avenue with a lot of movement

Everything was clean and check in was smooth, lots of parking space and located in a convenient area. Bus stops are nearby and food spots.
Maybe could use some extra pillows during stay

The parking, location, the hot water took minutes to come out, no cover on the bathroom window.
