Ok. Let me start with what was great. There were 3 very nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There was an in-ground pool in the back and a great six-seater golf cart to use. The back porch had a table and chairs and a gas grill. There were lawn chairs and beach chairs to use also. Close to the beach. Now lets talk about what could be better. We booked the house for a week. We were left 1 trash bag. I know you need to supply your own groceries but there was 1 trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The house instructions asked that the grill be cleaned after each use, yet there were no grill cleaning tools. The kitchen did not have a spatula, a pitcher, or a cutting board and only had one frying pan. There was a coffee pot but no filters and no spices. Not even salt and pepper. We purchased and left at the house kitchen tools like a spatula and grill cleaning tools. We also purchased a variety of spices, including salt and pepper, and left them in the house. The upstairs bathrooms could not be flushed without plunging them. I guess the homeowner knew this as each bathroom had a plunger. The house is older and has some rotting wood and mold areas around the doors and windows. The kitchen cabinets were very sticky to the touch. I know some of this can be attributed to salt water and being close to the beach, but this was excessive. No cleaning tools were left; it needs a really good cleaning. The floors left the bottoms of all our feet black. Overall the house was great.

Great pet friendly house close to the beach. Golf cart was an amazing addition. Space was more than enough for a 3 families. Short walk to the beach but everything is accessible by bike and golf cart. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and our children and grandchildren came to Destin for the first time and the beach and the house was beautiful. The pool was clear and clean. Easy check in and check out. All linens provided and starter set of toiletries, even some laundry soap. I definitely would rent this house again.

The house was perfect for my family. My kids koved having a pool right out the back door. The golf cart was great for running around the neighborhood. Very close to good restaurants. Would 100% stay here again if we go to destin again.

The house is in a great location, and the golf cart was perfect. However, the house needs lots of work and a thorough cleaning. Lots of light bulbs out, upstairs master didn't have a closet door, broken tiles, pool drain cover off, deck needs a good painting and the outdoor furniture around the pool needs cleaned. My kids would not use the top bunk bed because they said it felt rickety. Very minimal cooking supplies, had to buy pots to cook our seafood in. With some TLC this property would be excellent.

We had a blast. The golf cart was a big help getting back and forth to the beach. Will stay another time.

The house did its purpose. The location of this house is amazing! It would have got 5 stars however the house needs a lot of TLC and it lacked some of the basic necessities needed for a rental (Hair dryer, sandwich bags, tin foil). There are stains on furniture and beds, light bulbs not working, pool drain cover off, Pilar in front is damaged, tiles broken. We ended up buying a beach cooler, umbrella and umbrella cork for beach, beach bag and left it for future renters. The golf cart was a huge bonus going to and from the beach.

We had a great experience renting Tuscan Sun. The golf cart made it very convenient to take to the beach as well as restaurants. The house was in a great location and we really enjoyed the pool. We had plenty of room and absolutely had a great time.

The house was great, everyone loved it, and had a great time. The location was perfect, not in the busy traffic but not far away. The kids were able to ride their bikes without worry. The house was clean and smelled great upon arrival. Check in was extremely easy. The propane tanks were empty but after notifying the property managers they delivered 2 tanks asap. Golf cart and pool were great additions along with the fenced in yard for our fur baby. We will definitely book again!

Overall good experience. Just a few things. HVAC set up for warm weather and we were there in Feb, so it was cold in the house; took a long time for upstairs heat to reach downstairs. Noticed yard around pool needed to be cleaned up, but we didn't use anyway. Had problems with internet until we discovered the WIFI power strip in a corner of the bedroom floor was off. We stayed downstairs since the stairway was too steep for our puppy.

We can’t wait for our next visit to Destin! Beautiful place! Very clean!

My group had a great time in Destin, staying in this rental made it super easy to get Ubers to and from the local restaurants and bars. The golf cart was an awesome perk with renting, the beach accesses are super close to drive to.

The house is located in a fantastic spot. The home needs lots of updating and repair. Lots of broken tiles on both floors and countertops making the place feel unclean. Debris fell from filthy ceiling fans. Also all the bathrooms are way out of date and too low. The grill needs new burners. The internet connection was spotty. It was cold while we were there and there was no heat control on main floor resulting in overheated 2nd floor in order to warm up main floor. Thankfully there was a space heater to warm the back bedroom. We would not stay here again.

A few hick ups! Had wrong address on my earliest paper Not as clean as it maybe should be! Microwave was dirty and needs replaced, barbecue grill was dirty and floors were not very clean! Area around pool needed a little cleaning as well!

This is a very nice property. I would say that there are only a few things we would want to be different. Our next stay we want to have four bedrooms in stead of Three. The third bedroom is nice for two adults and a couple of children, but not for adults. The pool was a huge hit, although the landscape needs some attention. Also be very careful on the last step from the deck to the pool on the west side. A girl that came with us ended her stay early with a broken ankle and a torn ligament. The step is about twice what the other steps are. I'm sure this will be fixed if the don't want to get sued by someone. I think they should have at least offered to pay her medical bills. But we didn't ask if they would. When I informed the manager, she was apologetic and said they would look at it. The gulf cart was awesome! I did have to patch a tire the first day we were there, someone picked up a screw and the tire was half flat when we got there. No biggy. It was worth it!! If not for the step, and a few little things, I would have given Tuscan Sun a 5 out of 5 stars in stead of 4. We will be looking for something similar next year with four bedrooms, or this place again if we have less people.

The location iof the house was terrific and the golf cart was so nice to have when going to and from the beach. Our only complaints were the house was not as clean as we expected it to be and the lack of maintenance in the back yard around the pool was disappointing.

Excellent property. House was clean, pool was great and we loved the golf cart. Jessica was very easy to contact and fast to respond. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels. Everything worked and we had such a great time. We give this home a 5 stars. You will not regret renting this place

The place was comfortable. Use of golf cart great. Close to beach and restaurants. Located on a cul de sac so would be safe for children. Was great to stay where I could bring my dog. Could use some landscaping around the pool otherwise had a great vacation

We were very impressed with the house overall. It had a golf cart which was so cool and the property manager was super helpful and responsive! The property has a tennis court, volleyball court, private beach gate (though we often used the golf cart to go to the public one as that is also super convenient too! ), private pool (which we were able to use even without pool heat) , and is in a cute little cul de sac! We loved the area and we will definitely be returning! The house is larger than in the pics and in very clean condition considering it is a pet friendly house (I’m slightly allergic to dogs so I was a little unsure about booking) but I had no issues at all. The beds are so comfortable! The outdoor shower and grill are nice bonuses. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants, the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! Thank you!

We really enjoyed this property! The new 6 person golf cart was perfect for our family! The house was furnished with everything a rental needs. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. If I had any suggestions, it would be a place to put belongs in the downstairs bedroom. My mom stayed downstairs with the kids in the bunk bed room because the stairs were not good for her knees. But there is no closet or dresser to put away any belongings. A small chest of drawers might be a nice addition if it will fit in the room.The pool was beautiful and they did a great job keeping it clean. But the water was freezing and definitely too cold to swim in. We would have paid a pretty penny to have it heated if that would have been an option like some other properties we saw. This place is perfect for the summer or earlier if you don't plan on using the pool but we went during Spring Break and the water was just too cold for us and our teenagers. Otherwise the place was clean and furnished well with a close proximity to the beach. The owners were GREAT to rent from! Our previous vacation was through "Real Joy" and they were more of a "Kill Joy" so I don't recommend using that company at all. Go private if you can like this property because the service and communication you get is WAY better!

We enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Sun in Destin. Comfortable home for three people. The deck and pool area are really nice for the morning hours. You can easily walk to the beach and the golf cart is handy for quick trips. Cleanliness was overall good, but found two dead roaches and some children's toys under different beds. The bathrooms are on the small side. The kitchen is lacking in dish towels, so bring your own if you don't want to be washing them all the time. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Would recommend.

This house was in a prime location. The beds were comfortable. Spacious enough for 4 adults, a teenager, and a toddler. Even though the listing shows and says there’s a grill, we arrived and expected to be able to grill. The grill was disgusting and then didn’t work. We contacted the property manager who said they would try to get one but we didn’t get one in the time that we stayed in the house. To be fair she said they would be delivering one the day that we were leaving but that didn’t help us. The rules of the house stated that you’re to clean your grill before you leave, that grill did not look like it had been cleaned in several months. The house had a rug that we had to roll up as a soon as we got there because we had an adult trip and then the toddler fall. It’s a great house just needs some TLC. Bring your own frying pan. They have some pots and plenty of cooking utensils/ bowls but no frying pan. They did provide towels, and lots of pillows.

This is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood near the gulf. I would highly recommend!!!

This is our 2nd time at Tuscan Sun. We love all of the perks of the property. Private pool, golf cart and fenced in yard for our pups. The only thing that was even a slight inconvenient was there were no wash cloths. Thanks for a great stay, The Cousars and Bakers
