Both the upstairs and downstairs units have separate, lockable doors at the entrance to each apartment. You have the entire upstairs apartment to yourself. The downstairs apartment is occupied by a long-term renter. An electronic keypad on the door at the top of the stairs allows secure access to the apartment. PLEASE BE AWARE: this is a 125-year-old two-unit home and the stairs to the upper unit are steep and narrow. Please use the handrail. The lower unit is occupied by long-term renters. Parking for two small cars is available in the driveway, but must not block access to the right side of the driveway/garage. Street parking is legally available mid-May through mid-October. (The City of Holland will ticket cars parked in the street overnight from mid-October through mid-May.)
