Nestled in South Padre Island, this lovely condo for $271 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Luxurious and comfortable, this beachfront condo is your home away from home. With none of the stress and all of the relaxation, feel laidback with all the provided amenities bundled with a 25-yard walk to the beach at South Padre Island. Not only has this non-smoking 1-bed, 1-bath condo been recently remodeled in 2022, you can fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sound of ocean waves and view an amazing sunrise right from the bedroom, along with many other breathtaking sights. This gorgeous first-floor beachfront condo has been completely remodeled with beautiful wood plank tile floors, a fully updated kitchen, a modern walk-in shower, comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances, and all items needed for a home. A Queen Murphy Bed in the Living Room. The large furnished balcony is a great place to entertain and enjoy the ocean in a more private setting with a glass of wine or coffee. The condominium complex has 2 huge pools that are heated during the winter. This is one of our five beachfront view condos we own at this complex on VrBo.com Listing #4315102, 7681790, 3559240 and 3643752. If this one is booked try our other Four. This 712 square foot home, is able to accommodate a small family of 4 comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bathroom is fully updated with beautiful granite countertops and a walk-in shower, high quality bath towels, and has a serene feel to it. The condo is equipped with a blender, coffee pot, microwave, iron and ironing-board, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. (Washer and Dryer are provided for monthly renters only) Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach. All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels, and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS! Walk to Clayton’s down the beach for food and drinks, great live-music, beach volleyball, and water rentals. Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals, and skydiving. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. For golfers, there is golf on the Gulf of Mexico at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista. (SPI permit #2015-029458) Quotes on Website are subject to change until verified with us. Everything was great with the property . Communication was excellent . The condo was very clean . If your renting make sure you bring shampoo , your condiments that you will use , paper towels , toilet paper if staying for along time . (3 rolls were supplied ) , beach towels , laundry soup , and your beach stuff . (Umbrella etc…) You can rent 2 chairs and a umbrella for $35 a day off a guy on the beach . It adds up over a week .

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. This was the perfect location, just off the beach. The owners were very transparent and easy to communicate with. Before we checked in, we were notified of a very minor issue with the condo and given the opportunity to use another unit at the same location. We very much appreciated the owner being upfront and honest with us. Instructions and expectations were very clear and easy to follow. Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary trip a memorable one. We will definitely be back in the future.

It was a great place. The only setback for us was the stairs. We rented a first floor property so we wouldn’t have to worry about stairs. Unfortunately there was a small set of stairs to get to the property.

Absolutely beautifully done property. Great location for watching the sunrise with your coffee! Everything was immaculate and comfortable. I appreciated the labels in the cabinetry to make sure everything was returned to its proper place. Excellent, timely, and very friendly communication with host. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

While trying to avoid the sand in the apartment charge we received a dirty towel charge because we placed some towels by the doors to catch the run off and help keep the apartment floors clean. We were also surprised the beds only had a sheet and fleece blanket and one spare blanket in the closet I would suggest bringing other blankets. Toilet paper was provided but no paper towels so also bring a roll.
The kitchen is the best part of the place all appliances and dishes are provided and it was great. I will suggest to bring a sound machine for night time to not hear the other neighbors. All and all it was a great stay

Literally 50 feet from beach access and chair/ umbrella rental. Short drive to any restaurant- the condo itself was also very nice. Definitely recommended!

The place was nicely renovated not far from the beach and first floor which makes it convenient. Toni and Mario were amazing too! They made the process easy and checked in with us every step of the way.

Very nicely furnished, the kitchen was well stocked with dishware, cooking ware, and gadgets, and perfect for the two us and our King Charles Cavalier.

This property was probably one of the best places we have been to on a beach. It was steps from the beach and we could seriously go back and forth if we needed anything, it was so close and convenient. Inside the condo we couldn't hear any outside noise. It was great. We absolutely enjoyed our time at the Condo.

We have stayed at a few different condos in this complex. This condo was the absolute best, and is exactly as described. It is beautiful! All the decor, furnishings, and the well stocked kitchen with everything you'd ever think of, neatly in its place. We were very impressed on how clean everything was. We loved our time in this condo. One of our favorite things about this complex is the beach is just steps away. We also like the short beach walk to Bar Louie part of the Marriott Hotel, next door. Thank you for a great stay! All the decor, furnishings, and the well stocked kitchen with everything you'd ever think of, neatly in its place. We were very impressed on how clean everything was. We loved our time in this condo. The Condo was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was very comfortable; all of the appliances and furniture were in excellent shape. The beach/ocean was footsteps from "The Tiki" property. The walks on the beach were beautiful and memorable. People were friendly and willing to share their favorite spots to dine or recommend an excursion. The two pools were very clean and warm. The property grounds were well taken care. Great location. Will be visiting again.

If have been vacationing at South Padre island (SPI) for the past ten years. We have stayed at several different properties and several condos at the Tiki property. This was probably the best appointed place we have stayed. Every inch of the place was beautiful and has made us consider several changes we want to make our own house! Working with the owners throughout our stay was also a joy.

We had a wonderful stay during our first visit to South Padre! The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4 and we never had any problems with noise or parking. We brought a cooler, chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids and the quick access to the beach was so convenient that it made easy to get all the gear down to the beach. We definitely plan to come back!

Beautiful property with great family oriented interior design theme feel. Cannot beat the locations access to the beach right outside of your front door.. Kids loved being able to walk out and be right there at the beachfront for crab hunting. Very clean and the owners were quick with communication and created a warm atmosphere.

Nicely decorated condo within steps to the beach. Owners were extremely nice and communicative. Check-in and check-out process were a breeze. Right across the street from the Sea Turtle Rescue and Birding & Nature center. Would highly recommend!!!
