Located in Dunsborough, this attractive house for $122 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This comfortable air conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is located in a quiet street and is a 3 minute walk from the calm waters of the bay. The house features a master bedroom with en suite bathroom/toilet and a main bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. There is also a separate second toilet. Hi speed internet is provided together with a smart TV with streaming channels. The property is perfect for families with a selection of toys provided together with a tree swing out back. For those chilly winter nights there is a firebox that warms the entire house and wood is provided. The shady, reticulated gardens are tidy and well maintained and there is plenty of room for 2 - 3 cars and the boat. Bedrooms Bedroom #1 Queen size bed, Walk in Robe, En-suite bathroom and toilet Bedroom #2 Queen size bed, Robe Bedroom #3 Double bed with single over the top, Robe and baby cot Living Areas and Outdoors Lounge Room - 2 x 3 seater couches,40" flat screen TV, DVD player. Full kitchen, large fridge, pantry, Family Room, lots of toys for the kids. Table setting for 10. Outside there is a covered patio, outdoor setting and a hooded BBQ. A tree swing is provided for the kids. Washing machine and clothesline 2nd fridge in the laundry Fully fenced back yard wood supplied during winter PLEASE NOTE:Guests are required to bring their own linen (bed sheets, pillow slips and towels). Rugs, doonas and pillows are provided.

A great place for a small family or group of friends. The property is very clean and has everything you need for a holiday stay. Check in was seamless and communication from the host Des was very clear. The location is ideal with the beach a 5 minute walk away and Dunsborough village nearby. We will be back!

We spent a couple of days including Christmas here .. fantastic in every way - a well equipped house with everything you would need for a vacation. The property was clean and so close to the beach .
You do need to bring your own linen and towels though .
I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Dunsborough close to the bay .

The house was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean and it was lovely to have a little garden for our little one to run around. Location was great, close to town and the beach. We’ll definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying here, the house was great. Had all the amenities we needed plus more. However the house did not seem it had been cleaned, we had to vacuum and wipe benches and having a 4 year old who plays on the floor a lot was an issue. The hot water also ran out very quickly. Having paid a cleaning fee, I feel we should not have had to pay.

This b property is ideal for small family group with kids. Everything is offered: excellent t wifi and Netflix, toys,board games, mini table and chairs and bunk beds. There are even kid friendly plates, bowls and cutlery. A great spot and very close to the beach

Our stay was great, the house was clean. The location was great! We left the property exactly how it was when we arrived. One week later I received a very unprofessional call from the owner. We had left one blanket that was used and put onto the bed, on top of another blanket. We forgot to fold it. When I got the call from the owner, he wasn’t nice at all. He started yelling and accusing us of using the blanket instead of using our sheets, and was going to charge us $40. Well, We did use our sheets. I thought we were allowed to use the blankets in the house! Obviously not. Very disappointed because I was going to book a few more stays and so were the girls. But you lost our respect. All 5 of us. He really needs to learn how to speak to people. So yeah, don’t use their blankets.

The owner is extremely rude! Accused me of not using our own sheets!

Great midweek getaway
My partner and I stayed at this property as an early Valentines Day present to each other. We were not disappointed. The property itself is ideally located just a 10 minute walk from the Dunsborough town centre and 2 minutes by car. The property was very clean, the gardens beautiful and has all the mod cons for a relaxing holiday. The house is in a very quiet street and the neighbours were extremely friendly, with a real feel of community in that part of town. The property was large but not so big that two people would get lost in it. We spent most nights out but we also enjoyed Netflix in with a couple of drinks in what was an extremely peaceful environment. Something really unusual happened when we left. Desmond the owner reached out to us to thank us for keeping the property in order. I thought that it was fabulous for the guest to give that feedback and well done Des on that count. Human kindness and acknowledgement never goes unnoticed. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending this property, tremendous value for money. G and J

We were pleasantly surprised by what they house had on offer. Reverse cycle air con ducted and fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen, and was pretty clean.
