Easy check in. Hosts were available when needed but otherwise we were left to be guests. I liked that there wasn’t a crazy long list of things to do for check out. Very reasonable expectations. The place was exceptionally clean. Some areas were a little bit run down (chair in living room, cushions on dining chairs). But I will say it again-one of the cleanest Vrbo I’ve stayed in. Comfy beds. Lots of towels including beach towels (plus cooler and a smattering of beach toys for extra fun). And the grounds were an oasis. Pool garden etc were lovely to come back to after exploring the area. Location was super convenient as well. Loved our stay

We signed up for our unit months in advance, but we were moved to another unit due to construction. The Properties Management worked hard to make things as best as they could, but still disappointing.
