Luxurious furnished rental 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Townhome Condo in the highly desired area of Gilbert. Lots of Restaurants and shopping right next door. Heated community pool, lots of walking paths and parks. Beautiful two story detached Townhome with 2 bedrooms upstairs and master bedroom downstairs. Bedroom 1 upstairs has queen bed, bedroom 2 upstairs has a TempurPedic twin bed you'll never want to leave with an Ergo Adjustable Base. An infinite range of mattress positions, plus head and foot massage as well as an office area with desk. Masterbedroom downstairs has queen bed and a private bathroom. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Sleeps 5
Just a few blocks from the Hwy 202. Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, and many other suburbs are just a quick 5-20 minute drive. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 25 minutes away, the Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport airport is only 5 minutes away (Allegiant, Spirit and Frontier airlines only )

This cozy, clean and beautiful townhome had everything we needed. The check in/out process was very easy. The 2 car garage was very handy to keep our car cool. I would definitely stay here again.

We were at Adrian’s condo for 52 nites. We enjoyed the location of the condo in the Gilbert area! So much to do & see in area. Liked the walking trail by condo. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was we didn’t have a car remote the whole time!! Adrian tried to accommodate but wasn’t able to program new remote. Felt he should have called a garage door repair man & not left us without a remote.

The pool was nice. Very well maintained. Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. The townhouse had a nice lay out but the furniture was very dated, wore out and dirty. The tv room rug was filthy along with all the carpeting and floors. I spent much of my first week there cleaning.
