I liked the beach it was very nice along with that the beach loungers were comfortable and it was nice that beach towels were also included. The room was pretty, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The receptionists were nice, especially Hemena and the man who works evening shifts. In general the staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. The location is very good. The Airconditioning was really good.
The ceiling in the bathroom in our room was leaking for two days, making noises in the night and making everything wet. We had no WiFi the last two days and our Room was downstairs so there was little to no internet reception. The breakfast was okay but only water and coffee was included, soft drinks cost extra and are pricey. The music at the beach was very loud, so relaxing was difficult, but not that big of an issue.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and they were very flexible regarding dates and times.
Amazing location, right in front of the beach. Hotel umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels are available for guests. There is also a hotel restaurant with beach service, and the prices are very reasonable.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of fruit options and freshly made barista coffee available.
The glass partition separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom was too small, so it was difficult to avoid getting water on the floor during the shower
It would also be nice to have an espresso machine in the room

The hotel was very clean and the room we had was a great size . The staff were very helpful and friendly . It was staffed by a mixture of Albanians and Philippines people who were all very helpful ( especially Jet).
Not sure where to start with this. There was no safe for valuables , the location was right next to a nightclub which was exceptionally noisy. There was a lot of trouble at the club when we were there which caused distress to our party.
