We very much enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from our balcony! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped! The only negative was the wear and tear of some of the furniture. The protective covers on the chairs and cushions could have been cleaner. Also the plastic flowers were a bit dated. Otherwise definitely would recommend staying here and would stay here again myself!

We had stayed in a condo in this complex before, but we had never stayed in this condo. The condo was just as pictured. The owners were very nice, and they texted us to make sure we were settled in. They answered all my questions. The view from the condo balcony was great!

We love the HHI Beach and Tennis Resort- the property is always clean, they have family friendly events at the main pool and the on site bar and restaurants are great. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is close to the stairs and there is an elevator in the building. The laundry room at Admirals Row is coin only (.25) and you can get coins at the front office if needed. This building has 2 walkways to the beach, the one on the backside of the building has no stairs which is great for pulling your wagon down. The property manager was very helpful prior to check-in and even make sure we were settled into the unit after check-in. We would definitely recommend this specific unit to anyone that is looking to stay at the HHI Beach and Tennis Resort.

Perfect getaway for what we needed! There were lots of updates made to this unit and the balcony size offered room for family outdoor time when we were done with the beach for the day. You simply can’t beat being on the beach like this!

Loved the resort. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. Only suggestions we have for the condo are hooks on the doors and wall shelves in bathrooms. Other than that we loved the accommodations.

Very nice condo. Two suggestions: Better pillows on beds and repair electrical plugs in 2nd bedroom with twin beds. Had to use one bedside plug for CPAP machine and other one was loose and lamp would not stay plugged in.

Great apartment for a family. Super clean. Tile floors ( not dirt collecting carpet) . Pleasantly furnished ( not screaming ‘ beach rental’ ) large balcony. Just great. Owners seemed helpful and kind.

This was our second time staying in this condo. Overall it is a great stay and has a great view of the ocean. The condo was not that clean though. I know this has nothing to do with who owns the condo but the cleaning company. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at this unit! It was well cleaned upon check-in. There is an ocean view which the kids really enjoyed. The kitchen is updated and looks very nice. Therese was responsive and kind. Would consider returning to this unit.

We like staying in Admirals Row at Folly Field. We go to HHI at least once a year and love the beach access, pool areas, and onsite amenities. This side of the island is more quiet than the mid and southern ends, and that is our preference. This condo was nice and had a great sunrise view. Love the tile floors and updated kitchen.

This is a great location with a one minute walk to the beach. The condo is very nice, and the owners are quick to respond if you have any concerns. Easy check-in and out process, great views, clean area. This condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Would highly recommend!
