I had a pleasurable experience staying here. I have no complaints about either the place or the host. Everything was tidy, neat and organized and the area (location) is great as well which is worth noting for someone coming in from out of town. The place does have a slight smoke odor but the host has a no smoking policy so I attribute that to nearby neighbors… other than that, everything was 10/10

This clean and well-organized condo is conveniently located to many shops and great restaurants and cafe's. The kitchen has everything you need, full fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Dish soap and paper towels, shampoo and toilet paper all stocked. Bed and sofa are comfortable.

Stayed for 5 days with my spouse. The location and value of the property were unbeatable. Would stay again

Easy check in, clean. I was cooking and there were no pot holders. Maybe not a big deal until you try to take pan out of oven. The can opener didn’t work, my son lives close by, so he brought me one. After using bathroom, realized there was no back up toilet paper. I was in touch with Tobin about this, after I walked to the store to buy TP. That evening, I found a bag at the door, with ONE potholder (hard to take pan out of oven with just one). Also in the bag was ONE roll of TP. Seriously. One roll. Also in the bag a cork screw. Not can opener. For a three night stay, two people, we were left just a single bath towel, hand towel and facecloth per person. Really seems a little cheap.
